    Good value for a supplement to your exercise

    Overall, I am impressed with this supplement. It is a liquid, and you use a dropper. It’s easy, and compared to a pill, it’s better. But unlike a pill, you can taste it. The taste reminds me of a medicinal peppermint. I don’t mind it as it’s mild.As for the advertised health benefits, I am always skeptical of such claims because … well … it is difficult to assess if the benefits are a result of the supplement or your exercising and training. My stamina is up throughout the day as is my mood. That said, is it because of the fadogia or my exercise. Perhaps, it is a little of both because, as advertised, this is a supplement to your exercise.End of the day, you get 200 servings, which should last you a significant period of time and creates value.

    Pretty decent liquid supplement

    To be honest, I have quite a few supplement in my routine stack and fodagia agrestis in LIQUID form is practically first time. I’m sure many of you are kind of afraid of the “weird” taste but I don’t think you have to be worried much. So here is what I think.Ingredients:It’s made with very interesting ingredients, along with 590mg of fadogia agrestis extract. It contains ethanol and stevia, potassium sorbate (preservative) and peppermint oil. I assume that they try to neutralize the overwhelmingly herbal scent of the fadogia agrestis. So, I’m 100% fine with ethanol but still, you should know there’s ethanol (alcohol) in the product.Taste:It tastes like Asian herbal drink (one of those TCM medicine based one) or herbal liquor. It’s not so bad since I am very familiar with these taste (My parents are Korean.) The dose is 12 drops so practically you can have this for 200 days. I guess that’s why they added preservative. It’s not so bad if you are familiar with TCM medicine, if you’re not probably you won’t like it but believe me, it’s not so bad.Science:So I’m a researching scientist and I researched through the journals. There are several clinical trial of this for ED / testosterone enhancement but overall, it’s either published in low impact factor journal or results are inconclusive. I think it depends on person to person, that’s probably why this still is a supplement, not the prescribed medication.Anecdotal feeling:I have had this for 4 days before writing this review, and I stopped my tablet version of fadogia agrestis. I honestly think liquid version if much more cost effective and absorbs really quick. So if you liked the tablet version, this is definitely worth to try.Buy this if you need: a little extra support for workout and libido but don’t want prescribed medication. Or you liked the tablet version and want to try different form.Don’t if you : didn’t find tablet version was effective

    Buyer Beware

    This was a product that I thought my husband might try as he is the supplement guru here. It was described as a general health support, nutritional supplement. It is actually an “aphrodisiac” from Africa. And there are, over time, side effects that affect testicular, kidney and liver function. He would not take it. It says it is made in the USA, however, not enough is known about this substance and it’s long-term usage to warrant it as “safe.”

    Decent Taste

    I have been taking this liquid supplement for a few weeks now, and I am happy to report that it has made a positive impact on both my stamina and mood. Unlike before, I don’t experience the midday slump as much and feel more energized throughout the day. The taste is not the best, but I don’t mind it as it is just a little medicinal, and it is not terrible. I prefer pills, but this liquid supplement is okay and easy to swallow. I am not sure if it’s the supplement that’s causing the boost, but I can feel the difference. Overall, I think it’s working well for me, and I will continue to take it. If you are looking for a natural energy boost, I would recommend giving it a try.

    Fodagia Agrestis can be better without Sweetener

    Fadogia agrestis comes from a plant native to Nigeria. Its stem is used to make this supplement. People may take fadogia agrestis to treat erectile dysfunction, increase sex drive, improve athletic performance, and body building.Absonutrix Fodagia Agrestis comes in a liquid form with a dropper. Each serving (12 drops) contain about 590 mg of fadogia agrestis. This is good as the common dosage for those in body building is between 400-600 mg.The liquid does not taste unpleasant. If you take Red Bull, that taste is nastier than this supplement. However, I am not a personal fan of artificial sweetener. Absonutrix uses stevia for a sugar substitute. As artificial sweeteners are concerned, stevia is not that bad. But I could have do without it. I just often put liquid supplements in my juice anyway so taste is not usually much of a factor with me.Overall, this is a decent source for fadogia agrestis, comes from a US company, and the dosage is just right.

    Packed in a blue glass bottle, what you get is a cloudy sepia colored liquid. This is excellent value for fadogia, most others use either whole herb or a condensed powder extract in capsules. The tradeoff is it’s a bit finicky to take (as any liquid is) but the benefits of getting more bang for your buck, the space-savings, and more control over the dosage are really substantial.The flavor isn’t bad – it’s not delicious, but no problem taking it. This IS an alcohol tincture so be aware that you’re gonna get the tingling of ethanol (and peppermint, as that’s in this), not sweetness of glycerin on your tongue.The most effective dosage I have seen from studies, when converted to a dose appropriate for humans, is 16.129mg/kg.The bottle indicates it’s 590mg per 12 drops, meaning each drop is 49.166mg of fadogia.For someone who weighs 165lbs, that means you first convert that to kg – 74.84kg.Then you multiply the mg/kg dose to get 1207.094mgThis translates to 24 drops (1180mg) to get close-without-over the1200mg for someone who weighs 74.84kg (165lbs), a double dose of what’s listed on the bottle.I use this to improve postworkout recovery and general health. As a note, you need to eat plenty of dietary cholesterol for fadogia to work best, as the supplement helps your body use that to make other things. This means plenty of eggs, sardines, shellfish, etc.

    Value for your Money

    The taste is Medicinal as others have said, but not offensive. I can taste the Peppermint and Stevia in it. It’s a kinda Burnt Honey Color and the liquid has weight/viscosity to it. Not watery or diluted. This is a large amount for what you pay.The dropper is LONG and reaches the bottom of bottle and the Bulb will pull up to over half full when using. I can’t speak to the benefits of this yet, I can say it has caused me no ill or unwanted effects or left a lingering after taste. It’s made in the U.S.A. it says, but not sure of where the ingredients are sourced from.Overall I feel this is SAFE to use if you would like to try a Liquid from vs Tablet or Capsule. Again, you get A LOT for your money with this product.
