    Still taking it, but haven’t noticed much difference

    I’ve been taking this consistently, but honestly, I haven’t noticed a significant difference so far. I didn’t have a particularly deep understanding of NMN when I bought it. I came across it, thought it was worth trying, and did more research afterward, haha.The capsules are easy enough to take, and I like that this product is third-party tested and lists the purity clearly. As far as the product itself goes, I haven’t had any issues with it.That said, I’m already taking several other supplements every day, including L-theanine, magnesium, vitamins, and omega-3 fish oil, so it’s difficult for me to tell whether adding NMN has made any noticeable difference.I’m giving it 4 stars because I think it’s a well-presented product and I’ve had no problems taking it, but I haven’t experienced a clear enough benefit to give it 5 stars. I’ll probably continue taking it for a while and see if I notice anything over a longer period.

    More energy after 6 weeks

    I’ve been taking this NMN 1000mg for about 6 weeks and have definitely noticed an improvement in my energy levels. I did some research before trying NMN and found a clinical study by Yi et al. (2023) that tested doses up to 900mg daily. The study found significant increases in blood NAD levels, with the highest NAD concentrations seen in the 600mg and 900mg groups. That research was one of the reasons I wanted to try a higher-dose NMN supplement. So far, I’m very happy with it.

    The best NMN at this price point

    I’ve been looking for a decent NMN 1000 mg supplement to help support my NAD+ levels since I’m already in my 40s. I’ve compared quite a few NMN products, and some are so cheap that it makes me question the actual NMN content. Others are really expensive but offer less NMN per serving.This is one of the few products I found that’s affordable but still feels premium and is third-party tested. So far, I’ve been really happy with it and will definitely buy it again. Definitely one of the better options I’ve found at this price point.

    Well, my search for a less expensive NAD+ booster continues… I was interested in this product because it prominently advertises third-party testing, 99% purity and 1000mg per serving. Unfortunately, the testing report is missing the actual NMN test result, so it doesn’t verify the amount or purity of what you’re buying.For background, I’ve been taking Tru Niagen for about three years. It worked well, but at well over a hundred dollars a month per person, it became too expensive for two of us. My understanding is that producing high-quality NAD+ precursors isn’t cheap or simple, so finding this at a fraction of the cost at this high of a dose, caught my attention.I always look for third-party testing when trying a new supplement, especially in this category. I’ve spent enough time researching supplements to know that what’s on the bottle isn’t necessarily what’s in it, so I looked closely at the testing claims here.The listing makes verification a major selling point: 99% pure, 1000mg per serving, third-party tested, GMP facility, with the analytical report right in the main images. So I read it.Other test results I’ve looked at show three things: what was tested, what was claimed, and what was actually found. For NMN that reads like: Purity (HPLC), ≥99.0%, 99.5%. Here, the contaminant tests have real numbers, but the NMN row lists the method as “Internal Method,” and where the result should be it just says “Tested,” with the unit/number column left blank. There is also no laboratory name, signatory, or batch number tying the report to my bottle, and the sample name is misspelled “NMNCapsuels” with client code NMN001.I went to the website listed on the bottle to see if I could find more information on the product or the full test results, but there’s no functioning site, just a hosting placeholder for a page that was never set up.I was looking for a less expensive NMN product, but I need to know what I’m taking. Based on what they provide, I can’t verify it, so I’m not taking these. If a batch-linked report with an actual NMN assay result shows up in this listing, I’ll revisit the review.

    A friend recommended this NMN, so I decided to give it a try. I’ve been taking it in the morning for about a week now, and I’ve noticed a positive change in my sleep.     good quality 500mg single-ingredient NMN supplement (30day supply)

    This Doc Mila+ single-ingredient NMN 60 capsule 500mg supplement seems to be good quality. The specifications (third-party tested, vegan, non-GMO, 99% pure) all suggest good quality. And the capsules are free of any objectionable odor and do not irritate the stomach. And the capsules are small and easy to swallow. (The instructions suggest taking two capsules per day with food. Two capsules per day means 1,000mg of NMN per day.) Since i had been taking a less potent 300mg NMN product most recently (but which comes combined with quercetin and black pepper) i have decided to take only one capsule of this Doc Mila+ NMN product per day since it contains so much more NMN. So since i am taking this Doc Mila+ product at half the recommended dosage, it will last a full 60 days rather than the suggested 30 days.I had been taking NAD+ for the past year. And then after the FDA gave approval for selling NMN in September 2025 i switched to NMN. (NMN is a precursor to NAD+ and is much more readily absorbed through the digestive tract while NAD+ is more commonly given by intravenous methods. So delivery via intravenous methodology limits NAD+ more to clinic or hospital-type settings.) I have noticed a much more elevated and stable energy level while taking these supplements. However, i do make certain to take them with the first morning food. My reasoning for taking NMN with food and also as early in the day as possible is to avoid any potential negative effect on sleep or on any potential stomach upset. (Note – there is no jitteriness at all with this product like there is from consuming excess caffeine. But i have no evidence that this product would negatively affect the ability to get to sleep because i simply avoid taking it late in the day.)This Doc Mila+ product provides pure single-ingredient NMN while competing products often mix in other supplements such as resveratrol, pterostilbene, quercetin, CoQ10 & Black Pepper. (Black pepper is added to supplements since it acts as a natural bio-enhancer.) But whether a person wants to stick to a pure single-ingredient supplement or prefers to use a combination supplement is of course a personal choice.This product seems to be good but the price ($37 for one month’s supply) is significantly higher than the combination NMN+ product that i was previously taking. But so far, this seems to be a good quality single-ingredient NMN supplement.
