I don’t know about this stuff. I’ve been taking for a week and I seem to not have any energy at all. I’m just tired all the time. I thought this was supposed to give you energy and stuff. I didn’t take extra B vitamins with my other natural vitamins and I at least wasn’t tired and yawning all day. I just don’t understand

First of all you get very large bottles for this price I thought they would be smaller so I’m happy with the price. I did seem to get extra energy from the vitamin B boost. I took it straight from the dropper. Taste was bearable, not great. I also ordered the immune boost taste was better for it, but of course I have no idea if it’s actually working or not
