Very Disappointing
I’m nearing the end of the month and combining the capsules with lymphatic drainage massage. It doesn’t seem to be having any effect at all.

Not sure what to think !
It came on time! I tried 2 capsules today with glass of water! Had some toast! I’ve been running errands all day! But I just noticed a few hives on my shins and ankle! I will have to try again next week’. But I think I am allergic to one or more of the ingredients! 😯 so it turns out to be I got bite by mosquitoes! Didn’t Evan know! I tried 2 yesterday and same today! So far ok! But I think they make you per a lot!

I’ve been taking it for a week, starting with half the recommended dose as I always do to see how my body reacts. There’s no smell or taste at all, it hasn’t caused nausea or any stomach upset, and compared to similar products, the price is in the right range.As far as “immediate” results, don’t expect. You have to be patient because the lymphatic system doesn’t work like digestion or energy metabolism. This system moves fluid, proteins, and immune cells through a vast network that takes time to respond. Improving lymph flow means slowly reducing tissue congestion, inflammation, and water retention. Those changes depend on cumulative circulation improvements, not instant chemical reactions. That’s why any real result usually takes at least a month of consistent use; the body needs time to rebalance.After one week, I might be seeing a very subtle difference in puffiness, though it’s too early to tell for sure. Because this kind of kind of blend works best slowly and cumulatively, not overnight, I’ll have to update later. So far, I appreciate how gentle and easy it’s been to take!

Lots of goodies in this formula
Working for me and not having to take daily so far. The label on my bottle shows a clean list of ingredients, even though the picture on the product page includes some things I try to avoid in the “other ingredients”. So, am hoping the label is correct and that is why it isn’t taking much time for me to notice benefits with this formula. The less encapsulating ingredients, the more good stuff in the capsule. I would definitely get this again when I need to get things flowing smoothly in the lymph.
