The Dynamic Duo I Was Already Taking Anyway
I was already using black seed oil and oil of oregano separately, so finding both together in one softgel immediately got my attention. This gives you Ethiopian black seed oil from Nigella sativa along with oregano oil in a much more convenient form than dealing with bottles, droppers, and the unmistakable experience of tasting straight oregano oil. If you know, you know. The softgels are easy to work into my regular supplement routine, and the 240 count bottle is a generous amount for the price. I also like that the black seed oil is cold pressed. For me, the biggest selling point is simply having two ingredients I already wanted in one bottle. My supplement cabinet is starting to look like I am opening an apothecary, so anytime two bottles can become one, I consider that progress.

I’ve been taking these black seed oil and oregano softgels and so far I’m very pleased with them. Most importantly, I haven’t experienced any side effects or stomach discomfort, which is a big plus for me with herbal supplements. The softgels are easy to swallow and much more convenient than taking liquid oils.I like that this combines black seed oil and oregano oil in one supplement, so I don’t have to take separate products. The 240-count bottle is also a great value and should last quite a while when taken as directed. The product is also listed as free of soy, dairy, and gluten.So far, this has been a very easy addition to my daily routine, and I’m happy with how well I tolerate it. I’ve taken black seed and oregano oils in liquid form before, and these softgels are so much easier and more convenient. The synergistic pairing stacks carvacrol from oregano oil with thymoquinone from black seed for antioxidant and immune support. Studies suggest it may also aid in digestion, blood sugar control, and energy support. Although the product listing did not indicate country of origin, the packet arrived with a white sticker on the front indicating Product of China. The listing states it is non-gmo and “lab tested”, but without additional detail to know if that means third-party testing has been done. I have had no unpleasant side effects so far and am hoping for improvements in various health issues with continued usage.
