I selected these vitamins because I am getting older, I desire more energy, and my nails are not as strong as they once were. The vitamins arrived in a professionally designed box featuring a tear tab, ensuring that the packaging had not been tampered with. The bottle was sealed very securely. I began taking two capsules each day, as recommended on both the bottle and the box, starting on November 6th. I did miss one day. I have been using them for approximately a week now. I might be experiencing a bit more energy, but I am not entirely certain yet.Week two… I think I might have a bit more energy; I believe I am starting to feel more energetic. I appreciate that.At two and a half weeks… I have so much energy and accomplish so much that by the end of the day, I feel completely exhausted.Regardless… I do not find this to be life-altering enough to justify spending $70 a month on vitamins, or even the sale prices. I feel they are excessively priced; I can barely manage to buy some $10 vitamins.UPDATE… NOVEMBER 29.I NEED TO REEVALUATE MY REVIEW.

I don’t usually buy my supplements off Amazon; but looked into this company in advance and felt comfortable with their business model/third party tested- these do seem to be good quality. The cost is average. I will need to order more to speak to the quality/effectiveness and health benefits as short term use isn’t enough to speak to that fully. Will report back!

The taste of these pills is terrible, like eating a heap of dirt. I got 2 doses in and then had to throw them away. I didn’t have any stomach issues or anything. I can’t say if they were effective because I just could not get past the taste.

I was hoping for a noticeable boost in energy, better skin, or some overall vitality like the product promises, but after consistent daily use, I didn’t feel any real difference in my daily energy levels, focus, or how my body felt. No side effects either, which is a plus since it went down easy with no stomach issues or anything weird. It seems like a decent, well-formulated supplement with solid ingredients like green tea, quercetin, CoQ10, and milk thistle, but for me personally, the effects were too subtle (or nonexistent) to justify a higher score. If you’re sensitive to these kinds of compounds, it might do more, but it was pretty neutral overall.

It includes things like nicotinamide riboside, resveratrol, glutathione, CoQ10, and green tea extract, so it feels like a more complete formula.The capsules are easy for me to swallow and I didn’t notice any weird taste or aftertaste. I wouldn’t say it gave me some dramatic change overnight, but I did notice my energy felt a little more steady on the days I took it consistently, especially in the afternoon when I normally start dragging. Nothing jittery, just more even.The only reason I’m not calling it a miracle product is because supplements like this are hard to judge quickly. Anything “anti aging” or longevity related is going to take time, and it’s not like you can measure it right away. It’s also not the cheapest option, so I do think it’s worth comparing with other NAD supplements depending on your budget.
