I just started taking this GluControl supplement, so these are my early impressions. The formula includes berberine, Ceylon cinnamon, chromium, and a few other supportive ingredients that are commonly associated with blood sugar balance, metabolic support, and overall energy regulation. So far, these capsules have been easy on my stomach with no discomfort.The price is definitely on the higher end for a supplement like this. You get 60 capsules, but the serving size is two per day, so the bottle only lasts a month. That’s something to keep in mind if you’re planning to take it consistently.I’ll update this once I’ve had enough time to see whether the benefits actually show up. Great combination of ingredients
The product is packaged well. While I’ve been using the supplement for a month, I haven’t yet had any new blood draws to determine its effectiveness. I did not experience any side effects.I will say that I have searched for similar supplements and have found none that I think have such a good combination of ingredients. Many of the other glucose control products are simply multivitamins with either cinnamon or Berberine thrown in there. I prefer this formulation over any others that I have seen because the ingredients are focused and don’t duplicate things I get in other supplements.Also in comparison to other products, this is a good value for the money.I personally did not notice a bitter taste (although admittedly I take my supplements with my coffee or tea).

I had issues with my blood sugar and in the past – some of it is genetic but I also love my sweets – and these capsules help me alleviate some of the effects. I am writing this review after finishing a 30-day supply and this, in addition to my wife’s healthy cooking, helps me feel better and crave less sugar. I am not sure how much of this is a placebo effect and how much these capsules help, but the result is that I lost some unnecessary weight, my wife compliments me on my reduced belly, and I feel better. I find that the Essential Elements version of Berberine is in line from a price standpoint with other brands. Some may have 90 capsules for a 30-day supply, this one has 60 for 30 days. Overall, A good option to keep my health in check.
