Seems to help me stay regular
I like that this company is transparent in their manufacturing and that they do their own manufacturing in a facility in Austin, TX and not just distribute the product from some unknown country. I wish they were equally transparent in their third party testing. I’d love to see the results for peace of mind.But I have not had any side effects so far, not that they are always readily apparent but that bad probiotics have sometimes shown side effects more quickly than other supplements and these have only done good things for me. I’ve finished the bottle and they really seem to help me stay just a bit more regular. There wasn’t a huge change, but just a nice, subtle effect.While these also claim to help with mood and sleep, I did not see changes in either of those areas. I struggle a lot with sleep and this may just not be enough or I may need to use it longer. There is a lot of research showing that gut health is very tied to mood, though, so even if I didn’t see a noticeable difference, I will continue taking probiotics to maintain mood health as I age.

This brand has been great so far. They arrived fresh and well packaged and smelled nice when opened. I believe probiotics and gut health are the future of solving some medical and health issues so was happy to give them a try.

This is my review for Enviromedica Terraflora Deep Zen Synbiotic – Spore Based Probiotics and Prebiotics for Gut Health and Mood Support, Organic Soil Based Probiotic Supplement for Men and Women 60 Capsules.This is a well thought out formula. There is a little bit of everything for nighttime all systems relax especially the digestive system. I can say I did get relax benefits, but I am not sure if my digestive system cared at all. I’ve been taking spore probiotics anyway. It does take a while to get use to them but in the past, they have helped with bloat. The Saffron should help your brain relax and it did for me. The remainder of the ingredients are to support your immune system. As far as recommendation, all I can say is that each one of us is different so to our microbiome. You just have to try it. Give it a couple weeks. Keep a journal making note of the key benefits you would like to receive.If you need some relax support in the evening and if you need relief for your digestive system and want soil-based probiotics or immune system support this is for you. I found these DeepZen capsules easy to swallow. There are 60 capsules at 2 a day equals 1 months’ worth of capsules in this bottle. That is a bit pricey for 1 month. Enviromedica states that these are Organic, and made in a cGMP facility. This supplement is also Vegan and Non-GMO. I did not see a reference to 3rd party lab testing. That is probably the most important point to know about a supplement you would like to use. Lastly, I like that the founder introduced himself at the closing of his webpage, but I wish he would have told us a little more about HIS why! There was plenty of conversation about the Mission of his Brand but little about the thing consumers love to identify with… the people who had this idea for a great supplement. I wishthere was a little more transparency here. It helps me understand the trustworthiness of the brand.

Noticable difference felt while taking this. It does what it says. Packaged well and easy to swallow. Follow the directions on the package, and you should start noticing a difference within the week. Price is reasonable for what you get. Pre and probiotics aren’t cheap, but it’s so worth it if you find a good one!
