Heartburn, But Good Otherwise
I’ve tried a well known brand of apple cider vinegar gummies with minimal benefits, and I thought I’d give these a try to see if later on in life it helped more or that trying another brand would do the job.The results were somewhat the same – I noticed some mild energy pickup, it did help with some digestion, but I also noticed that with continued use I was getting some light heartburn.The gummies are an appealing texture, they are a pleasant chew, and the flavor is a mild ACV flavor that isn’t bad at all.They seem to be a quality product, but I won’t use them as anything consistent and only on a casual basis until the bottle is gone.Value for money is pretty good as well, compared to other options!

These gummies are tasty and do not have an overwhelming vinegar smell or taste. When you first open the bottle, you might wanna just let it breathe a little bit. It’ll be a little more stronger but afterwards it’s hardly noticeable. The Gummies are big and tasty. Highly recommend.

Good Tasting Apple Cider Gummies

The flavor is good actually – you can taste the apple cider vinegar but it’s not too strong. This is my first time trying ACV gummies so I didn’t know what to look for, and I’m not sure I noticed a huge difference, but I think these are as good as any other option!

Better than liquid
I’ve been really happy with these gummies! They taste great, are easy to take every day, and don’t have the strong vinegar taste that liquid ACV does. I like that they include added vitamins and pomegranate and beet juice, and they’re low in sugar. They’ve become a simple addition to my daily routine, and I’ll definitely be buying them again.

But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes full almost to the neck, which is pretty good nowadays.Unfortunately, Amazon put their sticker right on the bottle’s label so I can’t read all the information there.If used as directed it will last one month.The “best by” date on mine is Oct 2026.The gummies have a medium strong scent of apple cider vinegar. I use one brand that hurts the nose to smell it; this isn’t that strong. They have a taste of apples with a background note of the vinegar. They have a medium gumminess and are pretty good as far as ACV gummies go.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says bottled in USA (makes me wonder where they are manufactured) and certified GMP. The product information page does say made in the USA.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. Their phone number is on the website. The energinut site is functional and somewhat informative. There is some general information on their philosophy, manufacturing, and testing, but I would like to see more details – on the company and founders as well. And results of any testing they might do.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement but I have tried a lot of ACV gummies. I would put these between 3 and 4 stars because they use they cyanocobalamin version of Vitamin B12, they use three kinds of sugar while my favorite ACV gummy has none, and these have a medium gumminess while my favorite is firmer. My favorite also has twice as much ACV in it. But I do like that they are an established company, and the details that I do see about them.
