Used to get these from Whole Foods but they stopped carrying the 2/day. Been using them for a few years. One of the few multis out there with the methyl B-12 and p-5-p B-6.

This vitamin has all the right nutrition in just 2 capsules a day. I felt that one capsule a day was not quite enough of everything and that having to take 4 capsules a day was too much. This has it all in 2 capsules. Thank you Emerald Labs!!!

Highest quality vitamin for the money
I have stuck with the Emerald Labs multivitamin since my initial purchase over a year ago. I am impressed with the long list of quality ingredients. My only real complaint is that they don’t seem to be as consistent month-to-month as I would expect. Sometimes the volume of the capsules seems diminished compared to other batches. Sometimes the odor of a given batch seems inconsistent. I feel like my health is in top form when I am consuming these multivitamin capsules. I can definitely sense the difference when my bottle runs out and I am waiting for the next one to arrive.
