My wife has been taking joint support supplements for years, so she was interested in trying these. They contain the familiar ingredients she usually looks for, including glucosamine, turmeric, and MSM, along with several others she wasn’t familiar with but thought looked like worthwhile additions.She’s had no digestive issues or other side effects while taking them, and the tablets have been easy enough to incorporate into her daily routine. It’s difficult to judge how well they’re working after only a short period, since joint supplements generally need consistent use over time before you notice any real benefits. Based on the ingredient list, it appears to include many of the commonly used ingredients found in joint support supplements.The biggest drawback is the price. The recommended serving is two tablets per day, so the 30-tablet bottle only lasts about 15 days. That makes it noticeably more expensive than the joint supplements she’s used in the past, many of which provide a full month’s supply for a similar price.Overall, these appear to be a quality supplement with a comprehensive blend of ingredients and no issues with tolerability. The high cost for only a 15-day supply is the main reason for the 4-star rating.

This joint supplement contains many of the ingredients I usually look for, including glucosamine, MSM, turmeric, collagen, and hyaluronic acid. The capsules are easy to take, and I didn’t notice any aftertaste or digestive issues.After taking it for about two weeks, I haven’t noticed any improvement yet. I know joint supplements usually need several weeks of consistent use before you can really judge how well they work.My biggest concern is the value. So, over the years I’ve taken many joints Supplements. These are about as effective as the rest. That is to say, they work. These don’t have any off putting smell or taste which is nice. If I have a complaint it’s that these pills are pretty big. They do help offset that though by coating them. I haven’t actually had any get stuck in my throat yet. One thing I do have to compliment the makers for is that their supplements always have and air proof lid. I assume this is to make sure their shelf life is as long as possible. I do appreciate that and wanted to shout them out for the extra effort.

TEN Joint Support Agents But…
So much goodness packed into this one tiny bottle. But this one tiny bottle will only get you through half a month…so…I’m not 100% sold on this one yet.The Good: TEN amazing bone and joint agents that come with years of research and potential results: Soothing. Regenerating. Healing. Fortifying. Bonus points for adding Turmeric and Collagen into the mix as well as all the usual joint nutrients. Using a proprietary blend supplement like this one could also help you cut down on the number of capsules you’re taking. If you do some math, you could find yourself taking fewer vitamins every morning.The product arrived fresh with an expiration date one year out. This is the first supplement I’ve ever used that came with a literal soda can pop top seal. Nobody is getting into this bottle until you do. The capsules are slightly larger than average and some people may have issues with such sharp edges. For me, they were still easy enough to swallow with no real taste or odor. A little chalky, but many joint/bone supplements tend to end up that way due to ingredients. Not a deal breaker.The Not So Good: What may be a dealbreaker tho is the fact that this pricey bottle will only get you through 15 days. Yikes. The product page is misleading with a graphic stating ‘one capsule daily’ when the actual label directions state that you need to take TWO for full dosage. There are so many great ingredients in this blend and I have seen good results from using many of them separately, but I don’t know about $100 a month. Fifteen days won’t give anyone enough time to really judge their personal results with this bottle.For quality, freshness, amazing ingredients and my personal results using these nutrients…this one gets 5 stars.For hitting the bottom of the bottle in 15 days…it gets 3 stars.So this one gets a solid 4 stars but you’ll have to make the choice based on your price, needs and goals.

My husband and I have used many EGUOO supplements with great results. I love that their products come double safety sealed, they have an actual website with a bunch of information on it, they’re FDA Registered, NSF Certified and 3rd Party Tested and their website says they’re sourced and manufactured in the USA. I used this particular joint supplement, and I was really impressed with the ingredients.This supplement contains some well-known heavy hitters for joint health like MSM, Glucosamin potassium sulfate, and Calcium, but they also include casein hydroysate which is a highly absorbable form of peptides. This reduces inflammation (along with those hydrolyzed collagen peptides which also help produce new collagen – it’s great for skin as well!), plus it might support overall bone tissue structure. The chondroitin sulfate is made from animal cartilage and used in so many joint supplements for management with joint pain, stiffness and swelling. The sodium hyaluronate is basically another form of hyaluronic acid which is amazing for joint fluids helping with that lubrication in those joints, but side bonus: it also totally helps with skin moisture. They round this out with turmeric which is a superstar in so many supplements for anti-inflammatory properties, protein powder NEM81 (eggshell membrane) for those connective tissues, and cucumber fruit dry extract which is something I had never heard of before. Apparently, it’s been clinically shown to reduce knee discomfort along with bringing down that dreaded inflammation. My only bummer is that it’s a 15-day supply, although since I take some of these same supplements in other stacks, I simply took 1 pill per day, and it lasted me a month.

As an elite athlete, I am constantly looking for the best supplements with the biggest bang. This joint supplement has all the buzz words on the label. I took 1 tablet a day instead of 2 because I wanted to extend my trial. I can tell you that consistency is the key. The tablets are easy to swallow and left zero taste in my mouth.
