    Easy to take

    When I started this one, I took it before bed thinking it would allow my body to utilize it overnight. I don’t know if it was the cause itself or if it was the effect of this with something else I took at night, but that night I was unable to get to sleep and tossed and turned all night. I switched to taking it in the morning and so far it’s OK. As with the vast majority of supplements, it is near impossible to tell if it is doing anything (good or bad) within a short time, so I will not try to report on it’s effectiveness.

    Effective Probiotic

    This prebiotic/probiotic/postbiotic helps my gut health a lot. I can feel a difference with my digestion system and am more regular. It also seems to be helping me feel less bloated and gassy, especially during menstruation. The capsules don’t have an odor or taste to them. They appear to be made of high quality ingredients and are effective.The recommended dose is 1 capsule a day. There are 30 servings inside each bottle. The bottle is a screw-top cap and is not childproof. I struggled to swallow the probiotic capsule at first because the capsule size is quite large, but now it doesn’t bother me. Make sure you have plenty of water to wash it down and that the capsule tip that is overlapping faces down your throat to help swallow this easier. This probiotic is on the pricey side, but works well for me.

    So far so good.

    It’s hard for me to say whether or not these are working for me, personally, but I can say that I feel like maybe I’m a little less bloated and gassy. The pills are large but easy to swallow and have no flavor. This is a 30 day supply, using the recommended 1 capsule a day. I just add the pills to my supplement pill minder/dispenser and take them with my normal supplement routine at breakfast. I do appreciate that these supplements are manufactured in a GMP facility, but there’s no information about whether or not these supplements are manufactured in the USA.

    Contains DE1111 strain

    These are a little pricey but I am a big believer in pre and pro-biotics and I have read that it is recommended to change the strains of beneficial bacteria on occasion. These have DE1111 which I haven’t taken before. I definitely can tell when I DON’T take my pro-biotics regularly but I haven’t been able to take these for 30 days yet. I do like that it is one per day. I am hopeful that they will continue to help my gut health.
