Would highly recommend
Great product!I have been taking this daily for a couple months now, replaced another high quality product to try this and it didn’t disappoint. While the current price point of this supplement is 43.99, it is consistent with other high quality supplements I use, you get what you pay for. I like that only one pill per day is needed, it does help with stress and is provides a gentle calm, especially when you are keeping hydrated, it doesn’t produce energy that one would get with caffeine but it helps to offset my medications I need to take so I am not running marathons on this stuff but I am also not laying in bed all day, you’ll notice a difference with these, especially if you use daily. I will be using this brand in my rotation and I highly recommend this product and all the benefits that this clean USA sourced ingredients provide.

If Indiscriminate Spending Is Your Bag…This Purchase Won’t “B Complex”.
What can I say? Here is a product from a manufacture whom I trust and believe in, to a point. That being said…I am not so besotted by this brand that I am willing to spend the exorbitant amount of money they seem to believe this product is worth.I ordered this B vitamin complex when it showed up on my Vine feed and honestly, had it not been free there is no way I would have even considered it due to the price. I ordered it so I could review it and that time is now!I have no problems with this product where its size or ease of use is concerned. It does have the fairly standard odor which accompanies almost all B vitamins but, I can live with that. As for the quality of the ingredients found in these capsules…it is on par with other supplements I have used over the years. Most of these products tout “increased energy” when using B vitamin supplements but for me, I have no deficiency’s so I noticed no real energy increases. In reality the excessive doses of most of the individual ingredients in this product are simply flushed down the toilet unused.So, that being said will the nearly $50.00 price tag on this product preclude me from purchasing it in the future??? You bet it will! Almost $200.00 a year for aB complex is out of the question for me. If you can and want to afford using it, knock yourself out!Three stars is all I can or will offer for this product.

Good supplement but a little pricey compared to other options
I have been taking vitamin B for a long time and I can really tell the difference when I stop. My energy and mood take a noticeable hit and that is enough to keep me consistent with it. This brand has kept me feeling the way I expect to feel on vitamin B without any stomach issues or unpleasant side effects which is always the first thing I watch for with a new supplement.The capsules are not my preferred format but they are manageable and I have gotten used to them. The quality of the formula seems good and the active methylated forms are a thoughtful choice for better absorption.The one thing I keep coming back to is the price. There are really good vitamin B complex brands out there for roughly half of what this one costs and for a supplement you are taking every day that difference adds up over time. The product itself is good but whether the premium price is justified over other solid options on the market is something worth thinking about before committing to it.

Could use a bit more folate
Overall, I like this stress B complex formula by EcoIntegratives. At the time of this review, the price is $42.19, which is a bit on the high end for a B complex supplement, but it is methylated, which usually bumps the price up. Unlike most others I’ve tried, it doesn’t get too crazy with the B12 (only 500% of the daily value), which is really nice to see. But it has 3,000% – 4,000% of some others, so it’s still a lot for me to take all at once. It only has 50% of the daily requirement for folate, though, which is something I specifically need more of, so it doesn’t quite meet my needs for that one thing.

Sleeping more soundly!
I have just started using these stress B vitamin complex daily, at night after dinner with the rest of my supplements, and I’m very pleased with them. Normally I would take a B vitamin during the day but I am finding more benefit taking it at night after supper. With vitamins I usually like to have a proper meal before ingesting them to prevent any nausea, and these are landing very well. I feel I am sleeping more soundly since beginning these supplements. I do try to take a full glass of water when I have my supplements and I usually have a little more before bed, as I don’t want to have to get up during the night to use the bathroom. Taking these a few hours before bedtime is working very well for me.

Great dosage of vitamin B’s
The ingredients speak for themselves. If there’s a few supplements I always try to remember to take is magnesiums and vitamin B’s. This world is so stressful these days, we need all the support we can get. A good vitamin B complex is so important for mood and stress support. The quantity of each n vitamin is sufficient, other than the folate. I’m unsure why they chose such a low dosage on such a crucial b vitamin. But I take a therapeutic folate star of 15 mg. This is a 3 month supply and I’ve got about 2 weeks left. I can definitely tell the quality of this product. If you’re familiar with supplements, it really doesn’t take more than a week or so to know if something is working and a decent quality. I’ve had no side effects or stomach issues

Feeling more energized in the mornings with this – and it’s super clean
For people who really pay attention to the safety and quality of the ingredients, lack of fillers, and the manufacturing process and are willing to pay a few bucks more each month for that – this is your methylated vitamin B complex vitamin supplement. It is made in the US, in a registered FDA facility that is GMP certified. It looks like this is free of every allergen and of magnesium stearate – this uses vegetarian leucine instead. One easy to swallow tasteless odorless capsule each day. I always take my b vitamins in the morning for the energy, and I must say that I actually feel the increase in my energy with this one faster than with my former b vitamins, not sure why – maybe the methylation? I’m guessing this means the absorption is better with this. Whatever the reason, actually feeling more energized is good enough for me – this is my new vitamin b supplement! This is a 90-day supply, so basically this works out to be 15 bucks a month – a few bucks more than cheap b vitamins, but a great value to feel this good comparatively, especially in middle age! lol
