When reviewing vitamins and minerals there is a fair degree of trust involved. The average person is not going to be able to verify the contents of the bottle. That said the mix is a good blend for keeping healthy. Nice price for a 4-month supply. Seems you can’t go wrong with this purchase.

Seems to be good ingredients
The ingredients in this formula are all ones I’ve taken before during cold season to help me up my immunity. It’s not that season now but I did test them for any sort of reactions and I had none.While I’m happy to see they claim manufacturing in a GMP registered facility I’d feel even better if they didn’t hide WHERE it’s manufactured. I couldn’t find that info in the listing or on their website.I’ll probably still take these when it’s cold season but with caution.
