    I’ve been taking this supplement for a good time and my energy is so much better. I’ve noticed better hair and skin.Capsules are not hard to swallow, no aftertaste nor burping.I’m hopeful this supplement will help keep my cholesterol in a heslthy range.This B vitamin has many health benefits, do your own research and consult with your own Healthcare provider.I’ve experienced only good results so far and no flushing.I’m not a medical person and do not suggest nor encourage anyone to use this supplement.

    Helps strengthen dogs .nails. I either cut open the capsule and put the powder on his food or give it to him in a bite of wet food or peanut butter

    Major adverse reaction

    Triggered a MAJOR histamine reaction – hives all over body scalp to feet, itchy, swollen eyes n lips, for weeks! Currently cannot wven have cinnamon because it becomes overwhelminly too hot as if id taken the hottest spice in the world. Did not know this when first taking and had a hot serrano pepper with meal per usual – my throat closed!! BEWARE. Was hoping it would work for psoriasis athritis but now need to get an epipen just in case another allergic reaction. Do your research and if decide to take -take with caution and definitely do not take a whole pill. Open and take little at time to ensure no reaction as you can experience dangerous side effects. Taking charcoal to detox this. Its been over a month and hives finally went away but still cannot have anything close to spicy as reaction will ensue.

    Thank you for no fillers or cellulose. It would be great if jar were dark color to help keep the light out.
