This brand had the most convenient dosage size, 1 pill.
I really am not qualified to rate the quality of ingredients; I’m trusting that it is what it claims to be. But I did notice a drop in fasting blood sugar of almost 50 points after I began taking it. I suspect it’s something that works best over time, so I don’t think I’ve seen the best results yet. I bought it because I heard it listed as an ingredient, along with B complex vitamins, in a proprietary remedy for neuropathy. The condition of my legs has improved dramatically, but there are other factors involved besides just this product.

Couldn’t use it
This caused a burning sensation in the throat for up to 10-15 minutes. The problem like this never happened to me with any other supplements or pills in general. The customer support was good.

Doesn’t work as other brands
Went to their site to ask for resolution for 2 items that do not work. This & their Hawthorn Berry. The capsule color is almost beige to yellow. Never seen alpha lipoic that color.I take on empty stomach, usually I can feel a little warm like burn with OTHER BRANDS.Their alpha lipoic, I felt nothing. PlaceboHopefully they respond. I have other supplements by them on auto ship that I do use & appreciate. But not this one
