Fantastic taste
These taste amazing. If they werent supplements, I could eat the entire tub in one sitting. Iwas taking these horse pills before, these are far more convenient and honestly feels like I’m cheating because they taste so good. As far as effectiveness, I cannot say it is directly responsible but its been about a week and I feel a bit more stronger than normal. I have been on glp1 for the last 7 months and its the first time I have been feeling like I have more of myself back.

Not effective for recovery or muscles soreness
These don’t do anything to enhance recovery and help with soreness. I workout 5 days a week and have constant aches from hard workouts and rides. These are more like a candy than an actual supplement. When I drink muscle tech BCAAs I actually don’t feel sore the next day and ready to tackle another workout. Wouldn’t buy again. Not sure what brand this is or who makes it but it’s not reputable. Try a known brand that has backing

These BCAA gummies were excellent. I just finished the full one month supply of the strawberry flavor and they were quite delicious. In fact, it was honestly difficult to stop at the recommended three gummies per day because they taste so much like candy.One thing I appreciated is that they don’t have the chemical-like smell or aftertaste that some supplements tend to have. The flavor is clean and enjoyable, which makes them easy to take consistently.I also really prefer this format compared to traditional BCAA powders. Instead of mixing powder into a drink, you can just take the gummies and move on with your day, which is much more convenient.Now that I’ve finished the strawberry bottle and see that there are additional flavors available, I’m tempted to try the raspberry next. If it’s anything like the strawberry, I imagine it will be just as good. At the current price, these are an excellent value.
