    I love to use these after an intense workout and I avoid the soreness that usually accompanies. I also use these as I breast feed. I also use these if I’ve had a rough night from bursting baby and need the extra energy boost so my muscles won’t ache from the lack of sleep. It always works!

    I believe I received a rancid batch. Been taking the powder for years, and these capsules smelled off as soon as I opened the bottle. Would return if I could.
