These are insanely high dose vitamin A gummies. People with an intact digestive system can and will overdose on vitamin A if they take these as suggested. People like me, however, with shortened intestines who need insanely high doses of the fat-soluble vitamins in dry forms will find this well worth it. They have a nice flavor and texture and my vitamin A levels improved in my blood work while taking them.

I had never heard of this brand before, but I decided to try these vitamin A gummies because I prefer taking vitamins in gummy form rather than pills. They are a little chewy and can stick to your teeth, but they are also very easy to swallow. I like their size, and I also appreciate that the bottle contains 60 gummies, which is convenient for daily use.Even though the gummies are enjoyable and convenient, the cost feels quite high for vitamin A. Ask me how I know. I made the mistake of swallowing one of these because I had just finished brushing my teeth but forgot to take my daily vitamin. I’ve been taking these for a few weeks now and I have only had one bad experience and it was at this moment. There is no doubt in my mind that these vitamin gummies have what they claim, because it packed a punch the following morning. I think the concentration was stronger in its original form and I had several unusual side effects. But keeping with the chewing habit has been working out just fine.They have a nice and sweet orange taste and without sugar. Not too hard to chew and I’ve obviously gotten into the habit of chewing them up pretty good. At one a day, you get a two-month supply for this price. Pretty fair in my opinion.I was really hoping for a quick fix with my eye health as I have some pretty dry and uncomfortable eyes. But I did not notice any significant improvement as long as I’ve used them. I think my problem is lack of sleep!

Orange flavor, some can be tough to chew otherwise taste good with benefits
Not exactly expecting any sudden change for difference being it’s a vitamin supplement which if anything it would take some time for any changes or benefits to kick in as it absorbs through your body. I’m not exactly a chemist, but when it comes to taking or needing specific vitamins, it’s always good to have that option to help you through your years of aging. So for the texture of the Gummies themselves, some of them can be tough to chew on something to keep in mind if you have dentures or partials or any type of dental work. They are the size of a candy gummy bear. these have a subtle citrus taste not sweet or sour, just a light orange flavor, does not have any medicine taste or leave any weird aftertaste either? Other than some of them being tough to chew. They’re actually pretty good.

Easy way to get in daily Vitamin A
I was searching for a Vitamin A gummy to add to my daily supplement routine. I enjoyed the texture, size, ability to chew and swallow them, and the orange smell, but wasn’t a big fan of the taste.
