I worry about my kids getting enough fiber, and while these fiber gummies don’t have a lot, they still give a little boost and my kids like how they taste. I put one in their lunches, and I like that they are getting a few other vitamins and a probiotic as well. I don’t think this is going to make a huge difference, but hopefully all the little things we do will help keep them healthy. I take these occasionally as well, and I haven’t noticed any stomach upset or change in regularity. They are an easy way to increase your fiber (a little bit, they don’t have a ton). Since they taste good I don’t have any trouble remembering to take them.

These children’s fiber gummies were effective in the sense that they helped both me and my toddler have regular bowel movements. These were very tasty and very well made I really enjoy the texture and gummyness of the gummies themselves it makes me want to keep reaching for another one I needed a way to get more fiber into my kids diet and I found that these are incredibly yummy and also something he’s constantly asking for I was impressed with how much fiber it were capable of delivering preserving and feel like it’s an excellent addition to be able to supplement, overall I was actually impressed with how fresh these seem they feel as though they were just packaged and were very nicely sealed I found that not only do the ingredients seem to make sense and seem effective but I think it provides an excellent value because the dosages make sense and keep my child wanting more of them.
