I’ve been taking this magnesium supplement with zinc and vitamin D for a few weeks now and I’m really happy with it. What I like about this formula is that it goes beyond just magnesium. I really like this Triple Magnesium Complex that contains Magnesium Glycinate, Citrate and Malate with Zinc along with Vitamin B6 and D. The recommended dosage is two capsules for 500 mg but I’ve started with just one capsule and haven’t increased to the full dosage just yet. In the past, I took Magnesium Glycinate just on it’s own and if you’re not careful you can get severe (painful) constipation so I’ve been a bit nervous to take the full dosage. This problem could also be unique to me or to anyone that isn’t really good about drinking an adequate amount of water each day in lieu of drinking a lot of soda which I’m definitely guilty of doing. Before I being taking the full dosage, I will need to increase my intake of water but I’ve been doing great with half of the dosage. Magnesium Gylcinate can be a game changer for anyone dealing with insomnia that has taken virtually every sleep remedy made and have built up a tolerance for them. Since I haven’t taken any Magnesium Glycinate in years, taking just one of these with some Valerian Root did wonders for my ability to fall asleep and stay asleep which was incredible during the two busiest weeks at work we’ve had since the beginning of the season. I didn’t experience any side effects and there wasn’t an aftertaste so I’m very pleased with my order and feel like the price is great and you get a very generous amount of capsules so it’s a good value.

A Solid, Simple Magnesium Supplement!
I’m a huge fan of magnesium, and this one is my favorite. Magnesium has so many amazing properties to it and it’s a nonnegotiable for me in my supplement line up. Before I started taking magnesium, I was struggling with a “tired but wired” feeling—where my body was exhausted, but my mind just wouldn’t shut off when my head hit the pillow. I’d also get these annoying, tight muscle twinges after a long day of running around. And it is certainly easy to be consistent with these because they are so easy to take. Ever dread taking your mineral pills? Yeah, me, too.SIZEMineral pills are often unpleasant to swallow. These are the smallest and among the easiest. Photo.You do need to take two to get to 500 mg. Many people want to take at least 400 mg, so you would need to take two. However, spacing these, maybe one before dinner, one before bed; or, one in the AM and one at night is extremely easy.I have taken these on an empty stomach without issue and on a full stomach without issue. They are easy in every way.INGREDIENTSProduct page does show ingredients but i include them here, too, to make it easier to read them. The B6 is above daily recommendation but well below what is considered safe (100), so even if you take a B complex, you should be fine.Adding this bitty amount of vitamin D isn’t of concern, but you may want to watch the zinc if your immune system’s maintenance dose is 10-25 mg and you take zinc elsewhere. I like to vary my zinc so if I take two of these, I skip other pills with zinc.

I’ve been taking magnesium for years, but this was my first time trying a complex like this. So far, it’s been a good experience.The bottle includes 110 capsules, which comes out to just under a 2 month supply at the recommended serving size. The capsules are fairly large, but they’re coated and for me easy to swallow. That said, if you typically struggle with bigger pills, it’s something to keep in mind.One of the biggest positives for me is how gentle this has been.
