    Prebiotic Fiber works as described

    Great product. The powder dissolves easily, no taste and I love that it has several different fibers. I will keep using it.

    Best fiber powder I”ve tried

    I’ve been using this for over 6 months now. I love that it is flavorless so I can mix it in anything. It isn’t gritty. Personally, I have also noticed that taking this along with my meal has reduced after meal blood sugar spikes, especially if the meal doesn’t have a lot of fiber in it. I’ve also noticed that if I have a scoop at night, my fasting glucose reading is lower. These aren’t things they mention, only my personal experience. I have also mixed it in my yogurt when I didn’t feel like drinking it. The only negative is that it clumps when put in something that isn’t hot. But I use a little battery operated wisk/frother and it mixes up well. It is worth it, given the results I get!

    FLABBERGASTED (in a good way)

    This stuff really works. I mean really really works. There’s no fiber supplement out there that even comes close to Dr. Foster. I recommend taking half a scoop the first time and ease into it. It’s natural. There’s no weird stuff in it.. It dissolves completely. No flavor no unpleasant aftertaste. And make sure you dissolve it in a big glass of water.I think taking it with enough water is very important for it to work like a charm

    How can I say this? Does not yield what psyllium yields. Works…but like ‘mush’.Product dissolves just fine, unflavored and has no side effects. I suppose it could be sprinkled over food, baked in or added to protein shakes. I’m hanging on to it for back up if I run out of my other product, but I probably won’t buy again.
