Nice tasting collagen peptide powder, with all the right ingredients!
I purchased this when the one I usually use was out of stock. When I first opened it, I didn’t care for the smell, but was surprised that the taste was delicious! It does clump just a little, requiring some vigorous stirring, but when I put it into my coffee, I stirred it right away the clumping wasn’t much of an issues. It didn’t leave any sludge in the bottom of the coffee mug. It really seemed like a good quality product, and if I ever have to substitute my very favorite brand again, I will not hesitate to order this!

Does not mix well even in hot coffee
Dr Foster chocolate collagen peptides do not dissolve/mix well even in very hot water. I also found it to have a slightly bitter taste,but I received a refund and even an offer for unflavored collagen at no charge. Very good company if you like a very dark chocolate.

Weird texture no flavor
It congeals after a while so you have to drink it fast. It’s weirdUpdate!!I still stand by my review of the chocolate but they sent me an unflavored powder in return and it’s much better. It doesn’t congeal and it has zero flavor. I’ll order the unflavored again for sure!!

This collagen peptides powder is easy to mix and surprisingly pleasant to drink, especially when added to hot or warm coffee. The taste is good — it really smells and tastes like melted chocolate (like a molten chocolate bar), not like an instant hot chocolate mix.I’m almost finished with the container and have been using it nearly every day. For the price (around $18 compared to $52 for some other brands), it feels like a great value. I do think it helps with hair and nail health. I’m not completely sure about joint support yet — I still feel some discomfort in my shoulder — but I may need more time to see full results.The only unusual thing I noticed is that it starts to solidify and turns into a chocolate gel after about 3–4 minutes if left in the cup. Interestingly, I use the same brand in vanilla flavor and that doesn’t happen with the vanilla version.

doesn’t dissolve in your coffee at all. It all clumps to the bottom even when you use the blender on low or a frother to mix it

I like the taste and drink it like I would drink hot chocolate, but I have a hard time trusting the label. It’s a tiny bit sweet, and I’m almost positive that it contains some kind of artificial sweetener. I’m not sure I can believe it contains what it claims.UPDATE: The seller responded and said the sweetness comes from the amino acid profile (which, according to the label, is made up of L-Citrulline and Taurine). Then I got another email from the seller saying the sweetness comes from Stevia! Why would they add Stevia and not list it in the ingredients?Mislabeling is the problem. I can’t trust the contents. The label lists MCT but doesn’t say what kind (capric, caprylic, or lauric acid) or its source. The label also states that this product has vitamin C, but there are at least 7 different ingredients that can be used to add vitamin C to a product, and it doesn’t say which ingredient is used.
