Lions Mane supplement – worth a try
There are some things about the Dr. Foster products that are important to me and this supplement meets most of them. They are manufactured under GMP practices in an FDA-approved facility, third-party tested, gluten free & Non-GMO. They don’t specifically disclose where they source their ingredients so that’s a miss because I do like to know that information.Although daily values aren’t established for this supplement, per the labeling they contain 600 mg Lion’s Mane; 300 mg Cordyceps; 250 mg Reishi & 180 mg Gingko. The recommended dosage is 2 capsules per day. They’re easy enough to ingest [standard sized capsules] and so far, no adverse reactions to them. I can’t speak to long-term effects at this point, but I have noticed some subtle changes in my clarity and energy. When I started the supplement, I was suffering from jetlag and that may have slowed down the effectiveness a bit. As much as I’d love to say I feel the effects of this supplement immensely, that hasn’t been the case but most things just take time. I still have a good bit to go before I’ll commit to adding this to my regimen.But for now, I can say so far, so good.

Bad Taste
I tried taking the capsules for a week, hoping that the horrible aftertaste would subside as the week progressd. No such luck. Each capsule left a disgusting aftertaste, it was a struggle to keep it down. One week was a reasonable time to assess the results, I believe, and then resolve to never take it again. Unfortunately it’s unreturnable or it would be on a UPS truck.Just a Nasty product… no help from Amazon either.
