I’m not sure what to expect from these capsules, if I would feel differently after taking them. I can’t say that I feel any different one way or the other.The listing states that the Berberine and Ceylon Cinnamon in the capsules are supposed to work synergistically to help with sugar and promote body circulation. That it is a rare liver supporting berberine formula, uniquely integrates 2 scientific liver botanicals. that will reduce liver stress and support hepatic energy balance, protect liver cells and ease burden from berberine enhanced circulation, as well as boost bile balance and suppress harmful bacteria to support digestion and gut-liver health. It has an advanced botanical absorption system from other ingredients.I have heard that berberine and ceylon cinnamon can assist in weight reduction, reduce hunger.The bottle has 120 capsules, a 60-day supply since you are to take 2 a day. I’ve only gone through 45 days so far.They are easy to swallow and digest well. It contains not only berberine but Ceylon cinnamon, milk thistle in other things that are very beneficial to reduce inflammation and help with weight loss.There are 55 servings in the container, which makes it a great value for your money. The capsules were easy to take and there was no aftertaste or adverse effects to my stomach. I found this product to be effective because it regulated my blood sugar and I feel that it also help with general inflammation in the body. Considering the ingredients used I know this will be helpful for many different conditions that I struggle with. Overall, an excellent product.

I’ve been using this berberine for over 2 months and WOW I’m so pleased with the results, you need to take this at least 2 months to start seeing results, my blood sugar levels have been drastically reduced from 120’s down to 86 and my blood pressure was at 157/88 and now down to 132/72, and I’ve also lost 5 pounds to boot. I have not changed my eating habits at all so I know it’s the berberine that’s working. I intentionally used this product over 2 months before leaving a review because it has to work for me to even give a review. This berberine WORKS
