bought the product And I was not dissapointed at all, I took 6 pills 3 in the morning , 3 at night , and the next day i had no pain in my right leg when I bent down AMAZING STUFF!!!***stuff that did not work for me*** I tried the kind you get from costco called Schiff move free advanced , took it for a month and barely helped, so then I went to whole foods and got (Glucosamine and MSM) , tried 1 month+ didnt work so also got (Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulfate) 1 month didnt work no improvement whatsoever. then mendamine25 1 day and great results . I never write reviews but I want people who have pain in their bodys knees when bending to try this product!I wish you best of luck everyone as I can now do anything with no pain!-Justin

Glad they went back to original ingredients – now discontnued
I purchased Mendamine several times. The first two times they worked for me great. My knees were so much better. The third time I purchased it it didn’t work. I contacted the manufacturer and found out they changed the formula and got other complaints so they made the original formula and I bought a new bottle and voila the knees are much better. I hinted for a sample since I purchased a bottle of the nonworking stuff but never heard from them again. They were very quick to reply on the formula change and I appreciate that. Will buy again.Unfortunately they discontinued the original formula the last bottle I bought was the new formula and was told by Amazon that original was discontinued. Tried to contact manufacturer but never got a reply. I used the new bottle but my knees are not the same on this new formula. Will probably not buy again. Therefore have changed my rating to 3 stars.

Very, very effective
I began taking glucosamine on my doctor’s recommendation about ten years ago when my knees started hurting, but it didn’t help noticeably.I was at the point where I was clinging to the railing and easing myself down the three porch steps just to minimize the pain, so my doctor recommended I take a combination with chondroitin and MSM. I looked online, found several with those ingredients, but this one, Mendamine, was the only one that got rave reviews, so I ordered it from Bioprosper Labs.Within a week of taking 1 tablet 3 times a day, I was able to walk freely down the steps again. After seven months of taking it, I was getting a little more pain again, so I increased the dose to 4 tablets a day (they recommend 3 to 6 depending on the severity of your pain). Since then, I’ve increased the dose to 6/day, and am completely pain free – I can even kneel briefly, for the first time in years. I didn’t order it quite in time one month, and had to cut back to 3/day. Oh, what a difference! I’m back on the higher usage now, and am feeling wonderful.Update: Bioprosper stopped selling Mendamine directly, but I found it on Amazon. It is now available as DrFormula Joint Support in the Subscribe and Save program, so I get a bottle every month automatically. It’s a bit pricey, yes, but it’s well worth it for the sake of mobility and freedom from pain. I never want to risk going off it again!

This was a god send. I woke up one morning and I couldn’t raise my arms to even shoulder length. I have had arthritis in my knees so I know what it felt like and I knew the treatment, shots. I could not grocery shop or do anything on my own. I did not have insurance and I knew I could not afford the shots so I started looking online. I have to tell you I am not a cure it the natural way at all. I believed in better life thru chemistry. I found Mendamine and read the reviews. Truthfully I didn’t believe but I was desperate and gave it a try. I started out with 6 pills a day. By the end of the first bottle I was back to normal. I take 2 pills a day and feel great. I have miserable osteoarthritis in all my fingers. I was taking a well recommended glucosamine supplement that was working, but at $75 a month, it was too expensive for my retirement. I switched to a much less expensive one from a big-box store , but it didn’t work at all. After doing some research, this one came highly recommended. I started taking 4 tablets a day. Within a week, the pain in the fingers had significantly lessened and I could make a fist with both hands – something I couldn’t do for months! In another week, I’ll try reducing to 3 tablets a day. If that still works, I’ll try 2 tablets day. But even at 4 per day, it’ll still last me 45 days. A great value for great results.

So far, so good. I took Trigosamine for years – it became more & more difficult to find. I know there were changes with the company during some of those years. I ran out of my stockpile & have been searching for a replacement since.This product, Mendamine Glucosamine Chondroiton MSM and More contains many of the same ingredients as Trigosamine, plus has a few more. I’m not sure which ingredients help, but have used glucosamine/chondroiton supplements in the past which were not effective. I need more than those two ingredients. Other name brand products don’t help much either.I thought I found a replacement with Osteo Bi-Flex Ease, but, for me, it wasn’t as quite effective as Trigosamine.This Medamine product works just as well as Trigosamine for me & I am happy with the results…so far, anyway.(Through the years, my internet searches for Trigosamine yielded very little information…well, not the info I was looking for. My latest search yielded a blurb about Trigosamine not containing all the ingredients that were on its label which caused me to wonder if the new manufacturer began leaving some out. Maybe this worked more quickly for me because I just ran out of Trigosamine about 2 weeks ago.From past experience with a similar product, I know that I must continue taking this supplement…long term. Whenever, I run out, my knee gets painful.Also, from past experience with a similar product, I should be able to reduce the amount of tablets I take daily. one worse than the other and facing the only alternative
At 51 I slipped and fell down my back deck steps. 6 months later the swelling started and I found out my knees are both bone on bone with arthritis under both knee caps ….one worse than the other and facing the only alternative ….knee replacement. I wanted to avoid that any way possible but the inflammation was causing so much discomfort it made movement difficult. I work in an office sitting at a desk and this only made my knees more stiff so the problem became worse. I tried a lot of different supplements, physical therapy and cortisone shots. Nothing helped for any length of time. I did some research and all the reviews on mendamine were so good I decided to try it. About 2-3 weeks in I noticed all the sudden I wasn’t having the swelling and inflammation as often and when it flaired up, it was manageable. My knees felt stronger and I was up moving more !! I started with 6 pills a day and honestly I have seen such an improvement, I cant see myself being without it. I’m able to work in my yard, stand and cook meals for my family, even go up and down stairs “carefully” without feeling my knee is coming unhinged !!! I am a true hardcore skeptic….. But MENDAMINE has literally been a life saver for me. Most supplements are so expensive and people, THEY JUST DONT WORK. I’m still taking 4-6 pills daily and just received my 2nd bottle. MENDAMINE is surprising inexpensive and well worth the results.
