    in dec 2021 I had my 1st gallstone attack and this was recommended by the ER nurse who has taken this for years. I take one before meals and am very happy with how I feel after eating.Hoping to buy some time before surgery

    I definitely see the difference in my stool. It’s not floating anymore which means the bile really works and use the oil in my system. Feel less dry in my skin as well. My wrinkles are getting less too. It is very costly.

    Is this gluten-free or not?

    I won’t be buying this again because it says it’s gluten free on the front, but then says it contains wheat on the back. The company needs to explain why this product is gluten free if it contains wheat – is it due to the small amount of gluten, or because it’s fermented? I just took one and want to know whether it’s going to cause me issues. Disappointing.

    This product has 2 big problems. The label says “GLUTEN FREE, VEGETARIAN FORMULA.” It also says, just above it: ALLERGEN WARNING: Contains Dairy, Soy and wheat (from a fermentation process including dairy, soy and wheat.” So which is it? I had pain in my lower right abdomin after I took it, which is my usual reaction to gluten. It is very disappointing that the labeling is not more clear about this.
