So I was looking for something that would help me achieve all day burning, and suddenly – poof – this tea appears. Because who doesn’t want all day burning?(I think there might be a cream for that condition.)This order consists of 20 small pouches containing a blend of green tea, citrus, and other ingredients that are not listed very clearly in the product description, but are fully detailed on the back of the box you receive. The dose is 2 pouches per day. It seems to indicate that it supports weight management in women, and boosts energy levels. Not sure what happens if you consume it and your are not a women – that is not indicated.I find it funny that the name on the box is Pooeng, which almost appears to be a misspelling of Pooing. So not only will this product make you burn all day, but you will be going and going and going. Fun and games!The drink powder mixes easily with cold water, dissolving completely. It flavors the water nicely, with a crisp grapefruitish/citrus flavor. It is easy to drink and does not cause any apparent adverse reactions that I have noted.The ingredient list indicates, among other things, that this product contains 20.6 mg of caffeine per pouch. That is approximately 1/5 of the caffeine found in a regular sized cup of coffee, so not very much. I am assuming that the energy they indicate this provides might be from something else in the ingredients, although I am clueless as to what that might be.Do I feel energized after taking this? No, not really. Are my excess pounds melting away? Nope. Still, it tastes nice and maybe long term it will actually do something. Of course, since this box of 20 pouches costs 38 bucks, that might be a very very pricey journey.

What am I missing? Has 15g of sugar yet marketed as weight management
How does this make sense. I feel a little deciieved. I was expecting a weight management drink, yet I looked at the ingredients and the inactive ingredients was a lot of junk. 15g of sugar in one packet? WHAT!!! I had to look to see if i got the right one. Taste was fine. it’s very easy to use. Decent energy, maybe from the sugar, I dunno. But i do not believe this is an effective solution for weight management. It combines a lot of good things and a lot of junk.

I like the grapefruit flavor and it is easy to mix up when I want something besides plain water. It gives me a small energy boost without feeling like I drank a huge coffee, since it only has about 20 mg of natural caffeine from guarana. This drink mix is easy to prepare and comes in convenient individual packets, but the grapefruit flavor was not a winner for me. I somehow thought I was ordering peach, so that was definitely my own mistake 😂

Strong grapefruit flavor powdered drink mix
This was not exactly as I expected because it was much more of a drink mix powder than a tea. No steeping necessary, just open the pouch and pour the powder in. The directions don’t include how much water to mix with or whether to use warm or cold. I thought it tasted a little better with 8-12 ounces of water and warm over cold, but I like sparking water grapefruit flavors but not grapefruit itself. It has a very strong grapefruit taste and it would help if you liked to drink grapefruit juice. I’m not sure it’s very healthy with 15 g of added sugars, but if you’re looking for a drink powered to have once or twice a day, this would work for that. I didn’t notice any appetite or digestive effects. It’s very convenient and easy to travel with because there is one pouch for each serving.I received this item at my request and the opinions here are my own.

We had a bit of mixed reviews of this, but there were a few things we agreed on. It is very easy to use. Just dump in the powder and stir for a short time. It mixes very well. It does taste like grapefruit. Also, the ingredients do not have the unhealthy sugars and sodium mixed in that most drinks have.There is no suggested amount of water to mix a tube of this with. So we started by getting just a couple ounces of water and dumping in a little mix. My daughter liked it when it was weak, but I didn’t. However, as we strengthened the flavor we noticed a distinct pith flavor, quite bitter. So she’s happy drinking it almost like a flavored water rather than a drink in which 1 tube of mix will make her several glasses.Neither of us noticed any particular change in our energy levels, our appetite, or digestion. I probably didn’t drink enough to have an effect on me, and while she has drank quite a bit, her weak mix means she’s not getting much of the mix itself in each serving. So I don’t think we are qualified to judge those aspects.She enjoys it as a kind of citrus treat sometimes after dinner or with a snack. So in that regard, it is successful as a healthy bit of pleasure with no guilt. Anything that can do that is certainly welcome in our diets.
