Delightful Taste!
Hormonal fluctuations do a number on me. I was so pleased when this Dr. austin MYO&D-Chiro Inositol arrived on my doorstep. At first I was a little skeptical about just putting the powder on my tongue not knowing the taste. I had to cut the top down a little further from the tear line to fully open the packet.I was so pleasantly surprised with the delightful berry taste and I just let it dissolve on my tongue and swallow it. Nothing to it kind of like a wonderful ripe berry in my mouth. I have been taking a packet a day for about a week now. I can confidently say that I feel better! I don’t have that drop in mood in the late afternoon. I like that this product is all natural ingredients and plant based. I was also delighted to see that it can be used by teens. This is something that could be very helpful to new mothers.I like this product and think it is fairly priced for this quality supplement

Good quality supplement for managing PCOS, but it’s a little pricey
This is yet another supplement I have acquired for my daughter who has been suffering the effects of PCOS for a couple years now. Myo & D-Chiro Inositol Powder Supplement for Women offers a month’s supply of Myo-inositol and D-Chiro inositol in the recommended 40:1 ratio that her doctor suggests. Since they are individually packaged, they are easy to use; just take directly, right into your mouth without adding to a beverage. At first I was concerned that it might have an off taste or medicinal flavor, but it doesn’t. It’s a nice citrusy taste that’s not off putting at all. I love that these also include folates and antioxidants to help support women’s health. While these are also great for supporting women’s fertility, the inositol in them has been proven to help ease PCOS symptoms, which is what my daughter uses them for. The small packets are easy to carry with you or slip into your purse or gym bag to take on the go if you want. This is a good quality supplement, but I think the price is a little steep for only a 30 day supply. At $60, that’s $2 per dose. There are cheaper alternatives out there that offer the same dosage.

Tastes amazing but definitely on the pricey side!
Omg this tastes SO good, like a little berry tea pixie stick moment! It’s this super fine powder that melts in your mouth with no water needed, which makes it super easy to take on the go. No chalky mess, no weird aftertaste. Just sweet, smooth, and actually enjoyable.It’s sugar-free but does use a substitute, so just something to keep in mind if your body reacts to those. I honestly love how convenient it is and how it supports hormone balance, PCOS symptoms, and energy with stuff like folate and antioxidants built in.The only reason it’s not a 5-star for me is the price. I wish I could keep this in my routine every month, but unless it’s on sale… whew. If I catch it with a discount though? Automatic buy. No hesitation!

I obviously didn’t read the listing before ordering because I was fully expecting to have to dissolve these packets into water to drink, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that you just dump the packet into your mouth and let it dissolve. That’s honestly so much quicker and easier. The flavor claims to be lime but it’s just kind of generically sweet in my opinion. I do really like the taste though even if I can’t completely identify it. I take it in two mouthfuls as I feel that doing it all at once is a bit much and far too dry. As for how it works, most of it is just a ‘trust the process’ kind of thing. I have no way of testing some of the levels it claims to help, but I did notice some things after a few weeks of use – namely increased energy and decreased bloating. I like the combination of ingredients in the mix and, while expensive, it does seem in line with the cost of a quality inositol supplement but with a unique and convenient way of taking it.

As someone who has PCOS, I was very excited to try this. A have started taking a similar supplement and have been looking around for other options. This is one that you take orally. You just pour the powder in your mouth and it deserved very quickly with no water. It’s very sweet and has a very light texture. It reminded me of a smooth pixie stick. My biggest drawback of this product is it contains erythritol. Unfortunately my body does not react well with sugar substitutes like this. I hope the Dr. Austin company releases a version of this without the sugar substitutes. If you are not sensitive to sugar additives, I would recommend this product it gives a good amount of inostitol per serving for any girly out there looking for hormonal and ovarian health support
