    I have read a couple of his books and am confident this is a good product.

    This is my first bottle of BeyonD3. It has been less then a month since I began to use it. It may take a month or so before I notice if there is a difference. I gave it a four because it was received in a timely manner. Dr. Whitaker is well known and respected, I have read a couple of his books and am confident this is a good product.

    Surprise benefit: Healed my IBS.

    I began taking this for general health benefits. My serum D is usually low, but I haven’t had that checked since beginning. However, I have had IBS for years. I noticed recently that I have had zero episodes lately, so I thought to myself, what was different in my lifestyle or diet/ meds. Wait. Vitamin D3. So I Googled “IBS Vitamin D3” and wow, studies have shown D3 improves IBS. I’m sold! I had researched IBS before but never ran across that info. This is great, not having to worry about IBS!

    I like the formulation, and the price is good. But, I question this product’s quality because some of the capsules were not full, and others were broken causing powder spillage.

    I will continue to take these.

    I have no problem with these on my stomach and I take them on an empty stomach every day. There is no after taste that I can tell and no burping or anything. I like that it has the extra vitamins and minerals in it. I have noticed that since taking it I actually sleep longer at night and I am not sure if that is the magnesium or just a coincidence. I haven’t taken it long enough yet to see how effective it is on my bones, but am hoping for the best!

    I have been using this product for 3 months now and just got the results of my bloodwork back. For the first time in YEARS my Vitamin D is normal. I have spent years taking the Vitamin D prescribed by my doctor and nothing was really helping. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
