Mostly underdosed ingredients, only the CoQ10 is useful
The directions say to take 4 droppers a day (2 mL in the morning and 2 mL in the evening), hold it under your tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing for better absorption.I mainly bought this for the CoQ10 since I’m on statins, but the rest of the formula is pretty weak. NAD+ doesn’t absorb well orally, and the doses of resveratrol and quercetin are way too low to do much. Most of the ingredients are really just “label fillers.”This blend ends up being: A weak NAD booster, two mild antioxidants (resveratrol and quercetin), one actually useful ingredient (CoQ10), but only at half the usual effective dose, and Basic niacinamide that doesn’t add much.If you’re expecting noticeable effects, this won’t deliver. I’ll keep using it for the CoQ10, but the rest of the formula doesn’t live up to the hype.

I’ve been putting this in my coffee in the morning to take down my morning energy supplement stack.The product contains some very popular heavy hitters in the mito energy world. Nad, quercetin, resveratrol…nothing you really need but everything you want. They have been game changers for me dealing with a career change that has high physical demands.I start my day with plenty of energy that takes me until lunch time, feeling great.The NAD is really doing the heavy lifting, with the ancillaries likely being included at doses a frequent user wouldn’t find effective. No doubt a little more would probably exhibit a more robust outcome.Value for money is alright, 30 days worth if you take the base amount. I personally take a more effective dose of NAD so if I wasn’t augmenting this product with other NAD it might not last me as long.Overall, as a starter product it might be worth a try if you’re looking to dip your toe in the water. I also would recommend the manufacturer to publish 3rd party test results and GMP accreditation since all products meant to be consumed should have these in an easy-to-find location.

Took the dropper straight & it’s not that bad.
I have taken these drops & waited quite a bit to give my review. I have done NAD injections in the past. I saw this & opted for this for a while. I do feel it is effective (not as effective as the actual injections). The taste did surprise me a bit I expected it for some reason to be alot worse. It isn’t as bad as I ever thought just a tad spicy in the aftertaste. It’s easy to use , my skin improved. I didn’t see changes in my energy levels though yet then again I am a very exhausted/busy mom of three. if you can’t afford the injections at the moment or simply don’t like all that I would recommend giving this a try! ofc speak to your DR & get their advice but for me it was worth giving it a shot!

I’ve been taking Dr. Robaina Liposomal NAD+ Liquid Drops for a couple of weeks now, and at my late 30s with a full-time job and gym five days a week, the difference is very noticeable. These Liposomal NAD+ Liquid Drops are easy to swallow. I much prefer liquid to pill form supplements. This comes in a glass bottle with a nice glass dropper built in. It has good ingredients: “Trans-Resveratrol, Quercetin, CoQ10, Vitamin B3 & TMG.” 1 serving is 4ml and has 400 mg NAD⁺ in it. (At least according to the back of the bottle). In the ad it does say to take 2ml in the AM and 2ml in the PM on an empty stomach. But in the same ad picture it says 1 serving is 4ml. So directions are misleading. Take 4ml once a day or 2ml 2x’s per day? Either way…it can be taken straight or mixed in another beverage like water or juice. It has a berry flavor. The taste is palatable but not the tastiest.I like that this supplement is non-GMO, cruelty free, paraben free, preservative free, free of artificial colors and flavors, alcohol free, free of synthetic fillers, and free of harsh chemicals. I also like that this is made in an GMP certified facility, made in the USA, and is 3rd party lab tested. These are all important qualities that I look for in quality supplements. I also appreciate that this is sweetened with monk fruit and stevia instead of a ton of sugar. One thing to note is that this must be refrigerated once you open it (that’s the price we pay for no preservatives).So far I haven’t noticed much benefit from this. Per the ad this is supposed to boost energy levels, support healthy aging, and promote cellular vitality.
