All the ingredients synergistically support thyroid function as promised
The following is my honest review and personal opinion of this thyroid support supplement from Dr. Crown. It comes with a usual tamper-evident safety seals and up on opening it there is a slightly funky smell, not good nor bad. Light cream-colored capsules are of average size and serving size is 2 per day giving you a 2-month supply (120 caps total). This bottle is basically filled almost to the top, so it does not address my pet peeve luckily, which is when manufacturers send you a product and the bottle is only half full or even less sometimes. So this Dr. Crown brand gets points for not wasting plastic and passing that cost on to the consumer! It is very important to consume selenium when consuming iodine and this product is intentionally and thoughtfully put together with the vitamins and minerals they chose to add. Included is: Vitamin A in the form of retinyl palmitate (instead of beta-carotene), Vitamins C, D & B12. The minerals they addef are of course iodine, zinc, selenium, and copper. The amino acid, L-tyrosine and the herb, ashwagandha. From my Google research all of these ingredients were deliberately put together because they all support one another synergistically. I’ve been taking this for several weeks now and adding two of these into my daily health stack presents no problem. They’re easy to swallow with some water and do not stick in my throat. No stomach upset or digestive issues and I seem to handle these very well. I feel good in the afternoons and there is no afternoon crash. Nowhere on the bottle does it state where they are made, but they are distributed by an LLC out of California. The Amazon ad says they are made in the USA, but the label on the bottle does not say anything about country of origin. Also says this is third-party tested, but no certificate is provided. I will give them 5 stars because I feel this has value at only $30 for a 2-month supply so this is well worth it to me because they deliver what they promise…….and that is smooth and steady energy!

Odorless, tasteless and easy to swallow pills. I take this daily with my other supplements and overall I have good energy and feel better when taking. It’s a quality brand and the potency and quality of ingredients are good. It’s a 60 day supply, so the price is fair if you consider it’s for 2 months. No negative side effects from it. I think it’s an effective supplement overtake l overall.

If you have hypothyroidism like me your energy levels go to the crapper and the brain fog is real I find it really hard to do my job when I am flaring up badly my memory becomes nonexistent. This helps the only thing I will say is you have to be careful because this supplement has Ashwagandha in it and it interacts with a lot of prescription medications specifically anti-depressants which is why they also recommend never taking St. John’s Warts either for the same reason. I tried it for a few days and noticed a reaction, I am on anti-depressants so I was taking a chance, but alas it was not in the cards a friend wants to take them off my hands and is excited to give them a try she also has thyroid problems so I hope she finds them beneficial. I give them four because I could tell it was working for the short amount of time I was on it, but it just reacted to the medications I was on which stinks and I think thats an important thing people should know before they purchase this that ingredient is well known in the medical community as something that reacts to common prescription medications so you got to keep that in mind.
