Dr. Clark Store Cloves are EXCELLENT, when they come DIRECTLY from Dr. Clark Store!
Dr. Clark Store brand Cloves are excellent! Have been using them for years.Recently, they became available quickly via Prime and could receive same day or within a day from Amazon.Unfortunately, this had to stop. Despite being the fact that there was NO 3rd Party Seller and was Shipping from: Amazon with the Sold by: Dr. Clark Store, Inc. we still received a f-r-a-u-d-u-lent product.When I opened the bottle that I had received, it was very light colored mocha brown and not coffee colored deep, dark brown like what I was used to receiving and seeing.Keep in mind I’ve ordered this product at least 15 times over the years, so I know what they look like and smell like. I smelled what was inside and it did not smell like cloves, but rather like cut grass. The bottle and packaging looked identical to the last bottle I received. Plastic outer seal on top of lid, came in a box with Dr. Clark Store literature, but the lot number was black and looked nothing like the one I had received several weeks prior, which had an orange lot number and that bottle received then was authentic cloves.I reached out to customer service at Dr. Clark Store. Although, they didn’t return my call when I left a vcml, I kept trying to call for up to a week. I finally got a Representative on the phone, that asked me to send pictures with the lot numbers as well as my Amazon order#.Dr. Clark Store took it very seriously and I received an email from Amazon that said my credit card would be refunded immediately. I also received a follow-up email from Dr. Clark Store that said I had been issued a credit to my credit card. Thank you Dr. Clark Store for taking this seriously and no longer allowing Amazon to ship your products directly from their warehouse.This is the 2nd f-r-a-u-d-u-lent product I have received from Amazon in a 10 day time-frame. The other was a Durvet product and Durvet also took it seriously, acknowledging they had just become aware of the issue and also asked for pics and my order# and issued a full refund. In this instance, the only thing that was different, is there was a 3rd party seller involved where it was shipping from a shipper called Datacom or Data.com through Amazon.Moral of this story is, to be extra cautious in what you receive from Amazon that you, your family or your pets will be ingesting. Do not assume that the product is authentic and be cognizant and question whether you have received an authentic product.After these 2 incidences, I will no longer be buying anything we ingest through Amazon. I’ll go directly to the manufacturer or i-herb, as i-herb does not use 3rd party s-e-l-l-e-r-s at all. You’ve been educated! What you decide to do with it, is up to you.

No inflammation or swelling
I have been taking the clove supplements from Dr Clark since January 2026. I don’t have any more inflammation or swelling in my knee. I highly recommend this product.
