    Quality supplement!

    Just received my Prenatal Plus from Dr. Brighten. I have only taken one supplement so I will update my review as I take more. Dr. Brighten is so knowledgeable and I have listened to several of her podcasts and seminars, as well as read her book about healing your body naturally after having a baby. I trust her products and am excited to be nourishing my baby with quality ingredients.

    Good idea, but hard on the stomach

    I wanted to like these, however, they really caused a lot of stomach pain. I took two pills three times a day with food.

    Great prenatal

    Great prenatal. I have read all of Dr. Brighten’s books and knew I’d be able to trust this prenatal. It has quality ingredients and easy to keep down even through spouts of nausea. One thing I don’t like is you have to take 6 pills. But it’s doable!

    Best Prenatals!

    I am on my 3rd bottle so far and I love them. Does not make me feel nauseous like others have in the past. Super easy to swallow and does not have a funky taste like most. Smells organic however nothing too overpowering. I feel amazing while taking these and feel as though they give me a bit of an energy boost.

    Really wanted to love it, but just don’t.

    I have Hashimoto’s and PCOS so from reading other reviews it seemed like this would be the best option for me and I love that it includes more bio-available ingredients than typical prenatals, however the quantity you have to take is just WAY too much especially if you are taking other supplements on top of the prenatal. Even with splitting them up it just makes me dread having to take the next round plus they make you burp kind of a earthy taste for a little while afterwards. My husband and I are TTC so I can’t say for sure how it is if you are already pregnant, but I can imagine it will be even harder to take these pills if you are feeling any nausea.

    Best vitamins I’ve tried! Don’t hesitate to buy!

    I’ve tried many prenatals, and these are the best I’ve taken, I’ve been on these from the beginning of my pregnancy , and for the first time in pregnancy (this is my 5th) my vitamin levels are coming back great on all my tests, it even has iron in it, which has not been hard on my stomach at all!! You do need to take six pills a day, but I split them three in the morning, three at night, and it works really well for me. It’s clear that my body is absorbing these beautifully!! Highly recommend for the best shot at a healthy pregnancy and baby!! And to make sure you feel your best throughout!! Also great if you have the MTHFR Gene!
