07/21/26 Update:I reordered it, as after taking the first bottle, my scalp is no longer showing and new small hair came out making my hair fuller on my scalp all over. I’ll continue taking it.I started taking it on May 8th and today is June 13th. I’m 54 female. My nails grew strong and long as never before. I bought this formula mainly for my scalp and severe and rapid hair shedding and thinning. I see the hair shedding is decreesing. I also see small new hair starting to appear on my scalp. My eyebrows and eyelashes are getting fuller too. I’m very grateful to Dr. Berg for developing this formula. I’m also eating clean, high protein, all organic, grass fed, pasture raised homemade meals, getting massages once a month, going on daily 45 min walks, drinking herbal teas and water daily, doing weights 2 times per week, using only clean, herbal, organic botanical shampoos, taking epson salt baths, using organic jojoba oil on my body and rosemary and other oils for my scalp, and trying to get 7 hours of sleep. Things are slowly getting better. There is hope but nothing works alone. It is a combination of many things, consistency, and discipline. Nothing works overnight. There are no such instant miracles. Each person should find out the root cause of their own hair loss/shedding/thinning. This formula will not work exactly the same for every person because each person will have a different situation.

Does this really work?
I’ve ordered this product 16 times over more than two years with zero visible change in my hair. I started using it to address thinning at my crown, and that thinning remains unchanged today. At this price point, I need to decide whether continued use is worth it.

I stopped using this and noticed a difference (bad) right away. My hair was dull and frizzier and my hair just looked unhealthy. I started back on this vitamin and my hair improved 100%. Definitely recomend this product.

They Work, but Give Them Time! 9 Months Minimum
I’ve been taking these hair vitamins every single day for almost two years now, and I highly recommend them. In my experience, they really do work, but there is one very important thing to know: you have to give them time.I didn’t start noticing a meaningful improvement until around the nine-month mark. Based on my experience, I would recommend committing to them for at least nine months to a year before deciding whether they are working for you.They haven’t magically grown completely new hair for me, but I’ve noticed that some weaker and finer “baby” hairs became stronger and healthier, and they seem to help maintain and strengthen the hair I already have. I’ve had two hair transplants over the past ten years, so maintaining the hair I have is particularly important to me.I previously took finasteride, but I was able to stop taking it, and I personally haven’t felt that I’m missing it since using these. I’m also very happy to no longer experience the side effects I had while taking finasteride (you know what I mean).Another nice bonus is the included vitamin D3, so I also use this as my daily D3 supplement.I’ve been watching Dr. Berg’s videos for close to ten years and personally trust his products. The price is a little higher than I’d like, and I think it could easily be about $10 cheaper, especially considering this is something you need to take long-term. Still, considering the results I’ve experienced, I continue buying it.Five stars from me. Just be patient, they will work only and only only if you give it enough time.
