    It helps especially during the time I needed it. However I couldn’t give it 5 stars because I didn’t like the taste. I couldn’t swallow it fast enough not to taste it. Otherwise I love Dr. Berg products.

    Love this product and need more immediately! We like to use this especially before trips. We start them a month before and continue using throughout the trip and it has kept us from getting sick and staying stronger. They don’t have a taste and the ingredients are great. Will be going on another trip soon so I definitely need to stock up again soon!
