    Good for lowering evening cortisol levels

    Good stuff for lowering cortisol levels before bed. 1 capsule (30mg Zinc) with a light snack for good Zinc absorption works well for me. It lowers cortisol levels for about 4 hrs.If I wake up, I use another method for falling back to sleep, because I do t want to overdo it on the Zinc.Excellent quality. My favorite brand.

    My pet has really bad allergies the vet says. And a skin condition that I was previously (for the past 31/2 years) giving her apporquil to control the sores and dryness, itching bad. But I was reading a article about a lack of vitamin zinc in her diet could cause the condition and sometimes worse
