    very helpful, best brand for us, worth the $

    this product has been very helpful for our child’s add symptoms. as there are many choices (and we were trying to save some $) we would try others every so often but the results were not the same, not just that they would not dissolve well, but in their effectiveness so it’s Douglas for us. it was also recommended for reducing sugar cravings (pms or otherwise) & does nicely for our teen. good luck finding the combination(s) that works for you.

    Good quality product but did not help me

    This is an excellent quality product but in my case it did not help me for my digestion symptoms.Only Chios Mastiha Gum from Greece that I ordered also thru Amazon seems to help me with my digestion issues.
