I’ve been taking this for about a week in the morning, and I can say that I do have more energy and focus. I learned that as you age you lose levels of NAD in your body, so I decided to try it. Double wood is a company that I stumbled upon and have to say they seem to be good quality for a decent price. The dose is two small to medium capsules and they go down easy and didn’t upset my stomach. Because they do seem to be effective, I will keep this in my morning stack.

I have used a variety of NMN, NAD, NMNH and NMR supplements. This liposomal NAD is one of the best and that is in comparison to Double Woods own NMN.I use two per day. It gives me a feeling of well being. I just feel better. I wouldn’t say it increases energy but that isn’t what I was looking for. I just feel good. And, my HRV went from the lower range at night to the highest range at night over a period of 10 days of continuous use. I find this NAD to be very effective. I also slept better. I slept through the night which is huge for me.The pill is on the larger size—almost as long as a quarter. I think this pill is a value for the money. Im going to replace my NMN with this sipplement.

I’ve been using NAD supplements since the internet craze began. Since I’ve given these a try I’ve noticed no side effects and my sleep quality has remained uninterrupted. I have been taking NAD for a couple of months now. As we age…I’m 59…our bodies don’t always handle cellular repair as quickly or easily as it did when we were young. Of course research is extensive when it comes to NAD and it shows that NAD is not overly stable and does not survive digestion well. Hence my searching for a liposomal form of it. And if you research this you’ll see plenty on B3…so much information it can make your head spin.The regular NAD supplement I was taking was also from Double Wood because I know they are a quality and trusted brand….GMP certified and third party tested with easily verifiable COAs are incredibly important to ME. I am assured that I am taking exactly what is listed with no concerns over any types of impurities. So to see Double Wood offer the liposomal type was a good thing.Bottom of the bottle has lot # and expiration date….09/2027…stamped on it.There are sixty capsules with a recommended serving of two per day….so this is a month’s worth.There is no smell when opening the bottle.Capsules are average size.Per the supplement facts you can take this with or without food. I take it with no food and have experienced no side effects and no aftertaste. I have not noticed any type of change in my energy level or sleep quality but then I never had issues with those things to begin with.I feel the dosing amount is a good amount….I wish however that this was a single capsule serving vs needing to take two capsules.While there are other liposomal NAD products out there for a cheaper price I have found none of them to have verifiable third party testing so while this is to the high side price wise for a month’s supply the third party testing gives me assurance and peace of mind.
