Good combination of vitamins in one stack

I’m always interested in finding the best bang for buck supplement stack that fits my needs. I’ve noticed I’ve been missing on a handful of my daily vitamins with a bit of low energy. I was taking a different supplement stack to get what I needed but then found this which seems to check off most boxes on what I needed. The methylated b complex was a nice added touch as I did experience this in other products and found it extremely helpful longterm for me. After taking this for a week or so, I am finding the same benefits I received from my b complex in addition to feeling just a bit better overall energy-wise. It’s hard to say how else I feel but considering I’ve used this brand before I am fairly confident that this will get what I need knowing they provide high quality products in general. Taste reminds me of typical multivitamins so it’s alright. It’s definitely not tasteless so keep that in mind. The pill size is on the medium to large size. I don’t have any digestion issues with this so happy to report on that as well.

Methylated B forms are the reason to choose this one; 60 capsules is short

The methylated part is the entire point and it is worth knowing why. Methylfolate and methylcobalamin arrive already in their active forms, so they skip a conversion step that a meaningful share of the population does not perform efficiently. If you have ever been told you carry an MTHFR variant, this is the version of a daily multivitamin that actually makes sense for you rather than the cheap folic acid formulations. Double Wood is consistent about dosing transparency, and the 20 in 1 panel is not padded out with dust sized amounts to lengthen the label. Capsules swallow easily with no strong B vitamin odor on opening. The count is the letdown. Sixty capsules does not go far.

    Multivitamin

If you don’t usually take some of the vitamins in here, be forewarned: your urine will turn a delightful bright yellow. My brain didn’t process at first so I was chugging extra water…and then realized I’d switched up my vitamins a few days earlier.I’ve been trying a few different vitamin types over the past year and these seem to work well for me. No stomach upset or other issues. I take 2 in the morning with breakfast. They’re easy to swallow being in capsule form and are smaller than some of the other multivitamins I’ve tried in the past.I feel like $17 a month for a good quality multivitamin that fills in the gaps in my diet is worth the cost.

Double wood is a great brand

I’ve used several Double Wood products and have always been happy with them, so I was glad to give their multivitamin a try. I like the formula and the fact that it uses methylated forms of the B vitamins. The capsules are easy to take and I haven’t had any complaints or issues with this one. Double Wood has been a brand I’ve trusted for supplements, and this multivitamin has been another solid product from them.Overall, very happy with it and I’d have no problem buying more.

A Careful Look Behind the Label: Why This Multivitamin Earned My Trust

Like many other Americans, I’ve been taking Costco’s Kirkland Signature multivitamin daily for years now. Costco Signature vitamins are said to be manufactured in the US using ingredients sourced domestically or from around the world.Recently, though, while talking with a college friend who works as a pharmacist, she casually mentioned, “Well, the absorption rate isn’t that great, but I guess it’s better than not taking anything.” That sent me down a rabbit hole of research, and I learned that just having “multivitamin” on the label with the listed amounts might not be enough to judge quality. So I found myself back at square one, wondering what to do instead. Standing in front of the shelves at a drugstore or vitamin shop, I had no idea which one was actually good. Should I just give up and keep taking the same thing, relying on “well, it’s better than nothing”?That’s when I came across this product and thought I’d give it a look. Amazon has a real mix of quality when it comes to vitamins — plenty are sold under brand names that look like randomly strung-together letters, and if something goes wrong, I can’t help but think they’d just delete the brand name and disappear. That kind of uncertainty makes it hard to use those products with peace of mind.So this time, I actually picked up the bottle, checked the label, peeled back the label as instructed to check the information underneath, and visited the manufacturer’s website. There, I found the face and name of the people behind the company, along with their philosophy. I checked the BBB (Better Business Bureau) site and confirmed the company was accredited, verified that the listed address actually corresponds to a real location for the company, and concluded that this seemed to be a solid, legitimate company — so I decided to start taking it.The bottle contains 60 capsules as labeled, though when I counted, there were actually 61. Taking 2 capsules a day makes this roughly a one-month supply. It includes a methylated vitamin B complex — personally, I don’t have any genetic mutations that would require the active form of vitamin B, but since it doesn’t cause harm, I’m taking it as is. The capsules are on the larger side, but about the same size as those from other companies — not especially large. I can comfortably take both capsules at once. No funky smell or taste that is alerting.Since OTC vitamins aren’t meant to treat or improve specific symptoms, I doubt I’ll personally be able to feel much difference between this product and the Costco one. I think what matters most with these kinds of products is how much information you can gather, and whether you feel you can trust the company and what they make. In that sense, I think this company is doing things the right way.If there’s one issue, it might be the price. A one-month supply costs $16.95, and while my Costco multivitamin bottle is priced similarly, that bottle lasts nearly a year and a half. That said, I think it’s a bit unfair to compare the price of this product directly with Costco’s mass-produced (though domestically made) multivitamin on the same terms. That said, I generally try to support domestic products and small-to-medium businesses making an effort, whenever I can — meaning I like to actually purchase their products. If this bottle finishes without any issues, I may consider continuing with it. One more thing: I wasn’t able to actually verify the third-party testing documentation myself. Other reviewers have mentioned that testing has indeed been done. If this kind of verification were easy enough for someone like me to check on my own, I think a lot of people would find that helpful.

See my pics for all ingredients! Not easy to find. Nice Methyl-B focused Multi from a good brand.

SEE my pics for all ingredients! Should be listed on the product page, the back of the label only shows a partial list, and you have to peel away the label for the full list (good luck with that, it took me a while to separate the part that peels away!). All ingredients should be listed on the Amazon product page, I almost took a star away for this reason, but it would not be a reflection of the actual product, which I think is good. It’s difficult to rate a multivitamin in terms of efficacy — I think the point of them is to ensure you are getting a reasonable amount of a lot of necessary nutrients that you may not be able to cover in a standard diet, especially since our soils have been depleted of nutrients. Although I already have a pretty healthy diet, consistency and variety aren’t always perfect, so I take them as an insurance policy.May be especially good for people with MTHFR variant due to the methylation focus of some of the ingredients. Has some pretty hefty doses of some B vitamins. With supplements like these, I am most concerned that it contains what it says and that it is safe and doesn’t contain anything harmful — important to me because I do take a lot of supplements. This company is listed on the SuppCo rating app, an independent company that rates supplements based on manufacturing standards, quality, testing, and ingredients. In May 2026, Suppco was acquired by Function Health, a company focused on functional health principles and optimizing health to avoid problems before they start.Double Wood’s “TrustScore” is listed as Average with a 7.64 out of 10 ratingThis particular supplement is rated 8.19 out of 10 “Very Good” as of July 2026It is confirmed made in the USA at a cGMP 3rd party certified facility that is certified by NSF.It is 3rd party lab tested at ISO accredited testing labs for purity, identity, potency and heavy metals. Lot tested. All of the inactive ingredients are considered safe.Lot # and Exp date is printed on the bottle.Capsules are mid-sized and easy to take, see my pics, showing it in comparison to a standard Tylenol tablet.Based on the above information about the company I have a lot of confidence in the safety and purity of this supplement, and hope it will be an added partner in my health and longevity journey.Just needs work on the packaging (peel away label) and/or product info on the listing.

    Excellent formula, GMP certified

As a vegetarian of many decades, supplements are an important part of my daily routine. There are certain nutrients I simply don’t get enough of through my diet alone, and B vitamins are at the top of that list. I don’t waste my time with vitamins that aren’t GMP certified or 3rd party tested so these Double Wood multivitamins with the methylated B complex are a good fit for me.The capsules come in an opaque white plastic bottle with an easy twist off lid. The lot number and expiration date are printed on the bottom of the container, giving me nearly 2 years to use them. The clear capsules are of average size, filled with a speckled tan powder, and have a faint “vitamin-ish” smell. They’re smooth and easy to swallow and I’m taking the recommended serving of 2 capsules per day in the morning with my breakfast along with an additional iron supplement as these do not contain iron. I’ve found the capsules to be very agreeable with my system and have not experienced any digestive issues or other unwanted side effects. I’ve got sustainable energy to get through my days and I’m happy to have this supplement on board.Because this supplement is GMP certified, I know I’m getting top quality ingredients and at less than twenty dollars for a full month’s supply, I believe they are a good value. It’s convenient having all of the nutrients I’m looking for, except iron, in one convenient bottle.

Good ingredients at a reasonable price but I have some issues

I like the listed ingredients and I appreciate that the product also has a very reassuring double seal. One problem I had however was with the expiration date on the bottom which appeared to read 05/2026 which would mean they have already expired. Upon closer inspection it appears there is a black dot (but only a black dot and not a line) which turns the 6 into an 8 (but just barely). Another reviewer said the vitamins they received had “2 years to use them” so I assume he got a bottle with a much clearer expiration date on the bottom than I did.I always choose products made in the USA these days and before ordering I checked the pictures in the listing as well as other reviews and this company seems to have a very good reputation. On the negative side, I needed to get our my magnifying glasses to read the label. Once I peeled the label back for “additional supplement facts” all I got was white with faint printing underneath. As much as I tried, I could not separate the labels from one another to read the information underneath. I had to rely on another reviewer’s pictures to see what was underneath. It was then that I noticed that nowhere on the label of the actual product does it say it was manufactured in the USA. Only in the listing. The capsules themselves are fairly small and you only need to take 2 each day. I need to finish my other multivitamins first and I will post an update if I have any problems once I start taking them. For now, for a one month supply it’s a reasonable price, but I have issues with their expiration date print and their full product labeling not being easily accessible. And if it’s made in the USA, why is that not on the label of the actual product I received?
