    Did not suppress hunger or cravings. Lost taste after 2 chews then tasted like plastic. Don’t waste money.

    Flavour is gone in an instant and I don’t think it helps with cravings at all. Complete waste of money.If it could even keep any flavour then maybe it could be decent gum, but I definitely do not recommend.
