Another good Turmeric option for me
I have used a Turmeric product for a few years, and it has been effective for me. This option is equivalent to other brands that I have used, including some where you may be more familiar with the brandThe recommendation is to take three capsules per day. With that usage, there is a 50-day supply in the bottle received. Also, note that this is a 1950 mg per day intakeThe product is well packaged and tamper-evident. There is a best-use-by date of 11/2028 on what I received. This is printed in very small print on the dark plastic bottle and VERY HARD to read. I had to take a photo and blow it up just to make out the date and lot number. This could sure be improved. I work in an industry where we need to print this type of date on our products, and printing it in a size or color that doesn’t provide sufficient contrast would never be accepted. Since I was able to read it with effort, I will not downgrade the rating, but I allow that many people would overlook that this info is even there.The value for this at the time I got it was in line with other options I have used. Capsules are of good quality and easy to take. I have no indications of a flavor or any adverse reactions.

If you do your research, you know that regular turmeric doesn’t absorb well into your body unless it has black pepper combined with it to unlock the benefits. With these, I notice a massive difference in my daily mobility. After about two weeks of taking them consistently, the deep ache in my joints went way down and I can get through my squats and lifting sessions with zero discomfort. You get 150 vegan capsules in the bottle, which lasts a long time and is an awesome value for the price.The only slight downside is that the capsules are a bit large and have a strong, earthy smell right when you open the bottle. It might of been a little better if they were coated to completely mask the taste, but as long as you swallow them quickly with a big glass of water, it isn’t a huge deal.
