This multivimin is comprehensive and third-party tested supplement designed for expecting and planning mothers.i like that it tilizes gentle iron and easy-to-swallow soft gel which helps minimize common digestive upset and nausea in sensitive stomachs. This is great mult vitamins that is of good quality providing all the essentials nutrient needed for the mother as well as healthy development of the child. The recommend dose is one person day. For the amount being stole on Amazon i this is a good buy for your money.

Pretty Good, Just Not My Favorite
These vitamins were easy enough to work into my daily routine, and I liked that they include DHA and use methylated folate instead of regular folic acid. The bottle was packaged nicely, and the capsules didn’t have the strong smell that some prenatal vitamins do. My only real complaint is that they’re a little bulky to swallow, and I occasionally noticed a mild aftertaste afterward. I also felt they were easier on my stomach when taken with food instead of first thing in the morning. Nothing was bad enough to make me stop taking them, but I didn’t notice anything that really made them stand out from other prenatal options I’ve used before. Overall, they’re a decent choice with a good ingredient list. I think they’re fairly priced, although they may not be everyone’s first choice.

My doctor recommended that I take a prenatal vitamin to get my iron stores up, and this seems like a great formula at a really good price. It uses high quality, absorbable forms of vitamins and minerals at high but not unreasonably high dosages. The ingredients and dosages are very similar to a more expensive brand that I had purchased previously. I do wish that it contained copper, as it has zinc and it is a good idea to take copper alongside zinc. I haven’t had my iron retested yet but my hair and nails seem stronger since I started taking this.

This is exactly what I was looking for in a prenatal. I love that it already includes DHA and Folate as L-5-MTHF so I don’t have to take a separate fish oil or worry about folic acid conversion. Yes the smell when you open the bottle is pretty intense and herbal, but it’s not bothersome to me at all. The softgels are pretty big but they are smooth and easy to swallow because of their texture, no fishy aftertaste or burps, and most importantly they are truly gentle. I can take them with a light snack and have zero nausea, which was not the case with other prenatals I tried. Feels very comprehensive and thoughtfully formulated for both planning and pregnancy. Great quality from Doctor’s Recipes and will continue to reorder. Good value for money.

I appreciate that these have non-GMO ingredients and that they are made in the USA.You do have to take two of them, so this is a 30-day supply. Although they are large softgels, they are a narrow design and easy for me to swallow.I am very happy that they don’t have any strong smell, taste, or aftertaste. I carry supplements with me in my purse and sometimes with vitamins that have a strong odor the smell can be very unpleasant. I can detect almost no odor at all with these.
