Good ingredients
Due to changes in my diet , I needed A new multivitamin . This one seemed a bit better than some.The pills are a lot like many , compressed together and a bit of texture to them . They aren’t too difficult to swallow but as with any pills with texture , it could be easier . Theres a lot of good ingredients in here with just one serving so it does make it easier to get a lot of helpful vitamins in one place . I do have some issues swallowing though so prob should’ve opted for caps .They seem effective for me and I’m mostly happy with them . I do Just wish they were a little lower in vit d since it’s fat soluble so you can have too much, and I get some from diet and other supplements. Because if this I’ve only been taking one pill instead of two . I do Still feel in getting benefits from it though and it’s easier to swallow one rather than two .

I don’t like reviewing vitamins because everyone is so different and it’s hard for me to talk directly about something that I haven’t seen lab testing for. So you know what, I’m going to speak on two important factors that matter to me when trying supplements, especially multivitamins. #1: Does it make me want to vomit? and #2: Does it make me burp. (I have GERD if you couldn’t tell.)I normally take Garden of Life women’s which I really like because they’ve never made me nauseous after taking them on an empty stomach. I am happy to report that these Doctor’s Recipe vitamins don’t either! I think that speaks to the quality of the ingredients, certain synthetic vitamins can cause nausea in some people. These thankfully are pleasant to take and they don’t repeat on me either! So whatever is in them agrees with me and that’s a relief.I’ve only been taking them a couple weeks so can’t really speak to energy levels, hair growth, anything like that. You need more time to see any positive effects there.So overall I like these. K bye.

Anytime you can get your supplements from a Whole Foods source, do it! The difference you will notice and how you feel when taking them is unmatched.You will notice a difference in your energy levels and mood and overall feelings of well-being for sure!There is not much of a strong taste or smell to these, although they do smell like a typical vitamin which is not a problem for me personally. I actually kind of like it bc it tastes “healthy” lol!I would say that this is an amazing price for the type of product that you get!

That’s a tough bill to fill. However, researching the ingredients carefully, this supplement boasts a comprehensive list of vitamins, minerals, and fruit and vegetable extracts. The vitamins are in methylated and highly absorbable forms. The fruit and blend list has an abundance of antioxidants, greens and cruciferous, beets and carrots to support vision, detoxification, the immune system and circulatory systems. Additionally, the vitamins do not have a strong smell, and remind me of a pleasant raspberry/vitamin C smell. After researching the ingredients and taking the supplement for a couple weeks, I’d say this multivitamin delivers on the assertions. I feel more energetic and crisp in my thinking.I especially like that they use non-GMO, soy-free and gluten-free global ingredients that are manufactured in a GMP compliant facility located in the USA. The product has an expiration date and lot number stamped on the bottle which give me confidence in the product.One thing to note is that the pills are rather large.
