If you read the listing text carefully under the “GMP Certified” bullet point, the brand made an amateur mistake. The text suddenly reads: “Doctor’s Recipes Saffron Extract is 100% pure, natural & NON-GMO…” Careless. Are they this careless with the formulation and the ingredients?IF the ingredients are good, then go ahead and buy it if you want a cheap, entirely sugar-free elderberry and zinc supplement to keep on hand for cold season, and you don’t want to drink sugary syrups. I’m not sure how effective it will be, but zinc and elderberry should be a good combo to help with immune support.

Natural way to achieve immune support!
After researching Elderberry, we actually ordered some plants, which will take years to develop fruit. In the meantime, we wanted to use Elderberry as a supplement as studies have shown that it can help shorten cold and flu symptoms, and it has high amounts of antioxidants, and is purposeted to help with overall immune support, which are the main benefits we are interested in. There is no taste to worry about and the gelatin (vegan) caps slide doen well, so quite easy to use. Each pill is small and only 1 per day is needed, so that is great! Added vitamin C and Zinc is a bonus, adding to its effectiveness and absorption! What a great product that is helping strengthen muly immune system! Great value and simple packaging.

Have been using these pills for over a month without any issues. Pill size easy to swallow, no taste, effective, good value. Supports immune system. Easy to use. I have had zinc pills I had to break in half because if the zinc content is too high, I will feel nauseous.
