I purchased the DOCTORS’ PREFERRED Cortisol Control Supplement, Adrenal & Stress Support60 Capsules | Cortisol Reducer and Support | For Men and Women. The capsuals are easy to swallow and do not taste or smell bad. This products supports health and is meant to help with sleep, relieve stress and cortisol. I didnt notice any help in those areas. I experienced loose and frequent bowl movements. It may have been my body rejecting this supplement.

The capsules are average herbal size with a smooth finish and only a mild herbal aroma. After taking them with breakfast for over a week, I found them easy to swallow and experienced no digestive discomfort.Since this formula already provides the same 200 mg of L-theanine that I normally take separately, I temporarily replaced my individual L-theanine supplement while evaluating this product. I also paused my separate KSM-66® ashwagandha since this formula uses the standardized Sensoril® extract instead. That allowed me to evaluate the blend without overlapping those ingredients.From a formulation standpoint, I like that this product relies on standardized and patented extracts rather than large amounts of non-standardized raw powders. While some ingredient amounts may initially appear lower than products using whole herbs, standardized extracts provide a defined concentration of their active compounds, making comparisons between products and consistency from bottle to bottle much easier.According to the manufacturer, this supplement is made in the USA in a GMP-certified facility, is triple tested, and formulated by physicians. Those are all qualities I look for when choosing supplements. Great supplement

This is a 60-capsule bottle, two a day, so you get a month. The blend is Relora, L-theanine, ashwagandha, rhodiola, cordyceps, and holy basil. Capsules are ordinary size, easy to swallow, and they have not bothered my stomach. I am not going to claim they rewired my sleep or my energy after a short stretch. But they have helped with sleep quality and overall energy during the day. They are easy to take and the bottle is a straightforward month of this mix if it is already something you use. These are fairly effective supplements. Quantity and price are fair for thirty servings.Ask a doctor before use!
