NNM is an NAD+ booster, which is one of the most research-supported supplements for slowing the aging process. Combining it with CoQ10 is supposed to make it even more powerful. I’m taking it for slowing aging at almost 37 years old, in addition to boosting my fertility and supporting egg quality (and sperm for my husband).Doctor’s Best is a trusted brand name, which we’ve used several supplements from in the past (especially their serrapeptase). My only qualm with this supplement is that it contains magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. These are very common adjuvants in supplements which serve as lubricating tools for the filling process. It can be done without it and I would pay more if they did it that way!

I’m very interested in new supplement research, especially anything that supports anti-aging. Some of the more fascinating research centers around NAD+ boosters.The human body contains nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+). This is an enzyme with many important biological functions (e.g. repairing DNA). With age, NAD+ levels decline and this has been associated with the onset of age related chronic conditions.There are ways to create more NAD+ levels in the body and one of those is to take NMN, an NAD+ precursor that has been shown to increase blood NAD+ levels in some studies.Will it help with anti-aging? Time will tell, but it’s very promising. If you want to try a potentially helpful anti-aging supplement, this is one of the most interesting.As far as brands go, Doctor’s Best is one of the few supplement companies I fully trust. You can’t go wrong with them.

Easy to swallow pills, trusted brand
So far….So Good!These are easy to swallow pills. I am pleased so far with taking these pills in additional to the rest of the pills that I take each day to improve my health.I do not have any after taste or any other bad after effects when taking these so that is a plus.I do plan to order more of these so that I can take them consistently. I can’t speak this early to how well these work for me and if I have any noticeable bodily benefits from them. I can always come back to update this review.

Meh – didn’t do anything for me
Admittedly, I’m a supplement skeptic, but I’ll give just about any product a try, and as a Vine reviewer, I’ve been offered a lot of supplements. I’ve just crossed into my 60s, so “healthy aging” and more “energy” caught my eye. The first claim is so spurious that it is almost laughable. How do you quantify “healthy aging”? I did a little research on NMN and the sites that aren’t tied to sales of the product say that there’s no scientific evidence to support the anti-aging claims. The second promise didn’t happen for me one iota; it was the reason I went ahead and gave this a try. Again, I’ve looked up CoQ10 and it at least has some positives for things like heart disease and migraines, but mixed results for energy boosts. I didn’t give this the one-star review that I really wanted to because there are people that believe this will help them and maybe it will, but I can’t give it higher than three stars because it didn’t do anything for me.

Another Nutritional Step Forward
I have been taking CoQ10 since I am on statins, am a senior citizen, and have experienced some moderate musculoskeletal pain and stiffness. My medical doctor initially recommended taking it to see if it helped. We also cut back on the statin dosage. I could not see much improvement in symptoms if any. However, I’ve been continuing to take CoQ10 on a preventative basis. I had no idea that NMN was great for your eyes besides Goji berries, to combine with CoQ10 especially ingesting two capsules in a day really does wonders. I do not pretend to exhibit x-ray vision or go without eyeglasses but ingesting Dr. Best’s NMN CoQ10 not only keeps my eyes focused on what I want to see but I don’t have that jump from one reading material to another.I know that NMN is also great for weight suppression due to aging but I will need about 30 days to experience the full effects. So far, I am liking the energy, it’s not crazy caffeine energy but a clear mind focused energy that is channeled towards what you want to accomplish for the day or the task at hand.Dr. Best usually creates one of the best combination supplements-all natural, but I wish all things in this world was a lot cheaper but it beats doctor’s visits. You can probably portion out your Dr. Best and still feel great throughout the day: Take one capsule and ingest a cup of black coffee, you will get that flow of energy throughout the day. Try to eat the Dr. Best supplement with breakfast but don’t mix the coffee and the supplement so you can extend your time with the energy boost. Enjoy!
