Great brand and great quality creatine
My husband and I both take creatine daily, and we chose Doctor’s Best because it’s a high quality brand that we trust. This is a micronized creatine monohydrate powder, and we’ve been very happy with it. It contains no other ingredients, as expected.The powder mixes really well and has absolutely no taste or flavor, which makes it easy to add to pretty much any liquid. We usually mix ours into juice, and it mostly dissolves without any issues. There really isn’t any creatine that we’ve found that fully dissolves so we use the stir as you drink method and it works very well.We both feel great taking creatine and it seems to help our sleep quality. I really like how simple this is to incorporate into our daily routine. With 100 servings, the price is also an excellent value compared to many other options we’ve tried.Overall, this is exactly what we want in a creatine powder: quality, no weird taste, easy to mix, and a great price. I am knocking it 2 stars down for the spoon is so short and bad that it makes it very difficult to pick it up and fill it up. I have to get a real spoon to pull their spoon out so I can get the right measurement.

More and more, I’m only using supplements from trusted brands. I’ve been using Doctor’s Best for years, though this is the first time I’ve tried their creatine. It mixes well into smoothies or juices/liquids. And best of all, the price is great for a several month supply. There’s little or taste from what I can tell, and seems as good as any other creatine I’ve tried in terms of effectiveness for exercise. Lately, there’s been a lot of talk about higher doses of creatine for brain health, though I haven’t been able to take the higher doses without some side effects. Working my way up though. Ultimately, this is a good source of creatine at a good price.

Good creatine at a reasonable price
Overall, it’s great creatine from a decent brand, and for a three-month supply, it’s a decent value. As someone who has taken creatine for many years, I can definitely recommend it.Creatine is one of the most effective supplements for building muscle, and there is a lot of newer research showing other health benefits as well. I’ve bought other Doctor’s Best supplements in the past, and in my opinion, they’re a decent value brand.That said, creatine monohydrate is a commodity supplement, and the biggest differences you’ll find between brands are how fine the powder is, certifications and testing, and of course price.This is an extremely fine and fluffy “micronized” powder, so it dissolves relatively well and doesn’t leave a gritty texture in your drink. It’s at least tied with the finest creatine powders I’ve tried before and is easily equivalent to any top micronized brand. They advertise third-party testing, and given the size and reputation of the brand, I’m sure someone is testing the product. However, it would be nice if they at least uploaded a representative COA. Prices fluctuate, but I found the price at time of this review to be pretty good.

I’ve been wanting to try creatine, so I gave this one a try. It’s a very simple product with one ingredient: micronized creatine monohydrate. One scoop is approximately 5 grams and contains no added flavors, sweeteners, or other ingredients.The first thing I noticed is that it truly has no noticeable flavor or odor, which I like. It’s easy to take without having to deal with a strong or unpleasant taste. The suggested serving is one level scoop mixed into 12 ounces of water or another beverage.My biggest complaint is that it doesn’t mix as easily as I expected. I’ve been using Doctor’s Best Creatine Monohydrate Powder for a few weeks, and it has been a super reliable supplement for my workout routine.
