Krill Oil is so much better than fish oil or omega 3 flax seed mixes. I’ve tried other omega 3 supplements and I usually end up burping & tasting that fishy horrible taste for hours afterwards. With this, there is none of that. In addition, without any dietary changes my cholesterol has lowered considerably since taking this product. (I have been on it for about 6 months). I know I still need to alter my diet but this is at least one step in the right direction .

I started taking these for my omega 3, the other fish pills are too big and I would sometimes taste fish after. These are small , easy to swallow and no burp taste. I will be buying more.

For me, this little gelcap, once a day, is more effective alone for Dry Eye than Lacrimal Plugs, nightly heat therapy and TheraTears vitamins together! Higher Dosage upset my stomach, but this works like a dream!
