    A very low dosage of berberine. Not certified by NSF or USP.

    500 mg three times per day is what the Cleveland Clinic recommends; one after meals.Individual capsules with this stuff include a mix of berberine totalling 375 mg.So, you would need to take 4 of them throughout the day to reach the Cleveland Clinic recommended level, not the 2 capsules recommended by the manufacturer. Berberine is widely available from known manufacturers and retailers at much lower prices. For example, Walmart sells the proper daily dose of 500 mg capsules of Doctors’ Preferred for $20 in a bottle of 63; 21 days worth at 95 cents. This $30 bottle costs $1 per day using the correct dose of 4 capsules, not the 50 cents the seller is espousing.Also, it is not certified to contain what it lists by USP or NSF for quality. So, do you feel lucky?I won’t be ordering this again.⭐️1 star — I don’t recommend it at all, poor quality.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars — I don’t recommend it: has multiple faults, or a very high price.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars — It’s passable: it has some faults, but the quality is ok for what it is.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars — Product quite acceptable, and it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars — Product that I totally recommend.

    Great for appetite suppression, checks all the boxes

    This formulation of liposomal delivery and phospholipid-enhanced absorption formulation has a number of health attributes, for me it is that it mimics the appetite suppression of Pharma drugs like Oxzempic (which I woukld NOT use) but does so in a nutraceutical form of natural ingredients. It’s potency is exceptional especially at the price point.Made in a FDA CERTIFIED GMP FACILITY, NSF and HACCPO certified and is THIRD PARTY TESTED by EUROFIN Agency. Veggie Capsules, NON GMO, No carbs or sugars. I RECOMMEND.NOTE: My VINE review of supplements reflect my Research, First Hand Experience and consultation with my physician. The FDA has not reviewed or commented on these supplements. Some come with age and health advisories and you should ALWAYS consult a health professional before using any supplement.

    I like the ingredients and if the claims are true it’s a quality supplement.

    I like the ingredients and if the claims are true it’s a quality supplement. I can’t seem to verify the third party purity tests. It’s easy to take in there are no unusual smells. I like some of the added ingredients but they could be unnecessary or unwanted for many people. The bottom line though is I didn’t experience any negative effects but I also did not notice any positive effects like helping to control my blood sugar levels which was my main focus. I suggest doing your own research.

    A good berberine supplement

    I’ve been on several different berberine supplements and this one has worked as well as any other I have tried. I don’t feel like it is necessarily three times stronger than others that I take, but I get about the same benefit as I do from others with the same dosage. I did notice that I had to ease into this when I first started taking it as there is a bit of stomach upset in the beginning. Once I take a smaller dose for a couple of days, I can bump up to my maintenance dose. This is a great product, and it’s helped curb my appetite, and I’ve lost 10% of my body weight in a few months.

    A bit Pricey

    If all of the ingredients are actually in the product, I should start seeing some positive results. I will probably have to finish the whole container to know if it does what the manufacturer claims. SO far, there is no taste with taking the capsules, and they are easy to take. I haven’t noticed any effects good or bad at this point. The capsules seem a bit on the high side but, if they end up fulfilling all the claims on the website then the supplement would be a good value. Time will tell.

    I take a lot of supplements and they all need to be based on scientific research. I also want to make sure that the supplements that I take actually contain the active ingredients listed and does not contain any hazardous compounds that might not be listed (or just unlisted compounds in general). I was hopeful that this berberine supplement would meet my standards but it seems to fall short.The issues that I have with this product are related to the contents and the lack of third party testing. Most supplements advertise that they are lab certified but I could not find any reference to this on the bottle or the Amazon product description. This is an issue for me because there is no government oversight for supplements so third party labs fill that void.I was also surprised when the product arrived to find that it contained chromium and D3. The chromium is way above the recommended daily allowance. I know that this might not be an issue for some minerals but there does not seem to be sufficient research on chromium to say that overdosing is safe. I also don’t need more D3 since I get this from other things in my supplement stack. It would have been nice if this was listed in the product description or if they had a picture of the contents (I’ve included on here).Unfortunately, I won’t be using this because of the aforementioned issues. It could be the best, most effective berberine supplement around but I think they need to at a minimum get it lab tested to prove it. If it is what they claim, then it would be a good value for the money. I hope they correct this in the future.

    I wish I could give this 4.5 stars, because it does seem to be a good formulation, however it’s not perfect and a little misleading. Also I believe the product should be double sealed, however the product I received just had one seal, however I can’t remember if that’s my fault and if I removed the initial seal before I got a chance to review it.The reason I say it’s a little misleading is because it’s promoted as a Liposomal Berberine supplement, however the Liposomal part of the supplement only makes up 100mg, the other 650mg of Berberine are not liposomal but still different forms of Berberine which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, it’s just if somebody was looking for something purely liposomal then this might be a bit misleading.I do still think the formulation is still good. It seems to be a good product, it’s just not perfect, it’s not bad enough to give it 4 stars but also not good enough to give 5 stars. So I really wish I could give it 4.5 stars
